Absolutely stunning villa at the top of the hill in a perfect location (so long as you have a car!). The beach is a 10 minute walk downhill (a bit more challenging on the way back up!)Alicante, Benidorm, Altea, Busot (the Canelobre Caves) & many more places within a 30 minute drive. Secure and private garden with amazing 360 views of the hills, the beach and Villajoyosa; dining table, sunbeds with cushions, towels for using outside and a great pool, approx 5-7ft deep, perfect for jumping into to cool off. The house itself is beautiful. 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite and a separate WC downstairs.The kitchen has a fabulous big cooker and all the pots/utensils/crockery you'll need. Separate utility room with washing machine, a large drying rack outside. Lovely big living room with comfy big recliner sofas and a dining table that seats 6.We would all happily return.

Not what it says on the tin!!

This Villa is situated at the top of a Very steep hill, so steep 4 out of 5 taxis would not take us up there and no taxis would come to pick us up. The brochure says it is a 5 minute walk to the beach it does not say it is a nightmare climb on return! No one we spoke to ever walks up that hill and my wife certainly couldn't. It also does not say on any review that it is right in front of a (Major) construction site and it has been there for over 2 years. This construction starts at 07 40 in the Morning and goes on all day, surely this should be posted! The Big fridge with the (ice maker) as advertised was out of commission when we got there, we were never informed of this and as a replacement we had the smallest cheapest replacement you could have got, because we never had a car we had a delivery coming the next day from the Supermarcedo £300 which mostly had to lie on the floor. There was no welcome pack and any notice on the walls were in Spanish. Three days later the pool pump packed in, this was away for 3 days. The final straw was when the gas packed in as well, we tried to contact the owner but he never got back to us after the pump fiasco, we never had gas, hot water or cooking facilities for 10 hours eventually we had to get a woman from a nearby house to tell us who to see. The only time the owner replied was when I complained to Vrbo and he then Texted us. This was the worst holiday experience we have had in 20 years. There are so much more complaints but we just want to forget about it now.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einem großen Pool welcher regelmäßig gewartet wurde.Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, auch in der Küche.Auch der Aussenbereich ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt oben auf einem Berg, die Aussicht ist in alle Richtungen fantastisch.Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ( ca. 15 min )man muss allerdings hohe Steigungen überwinden, der Weg ist sehr steil. Für größere Einkäufe ist ein Fahrzeug notwendig, da große Supermärkte schlecht zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die Innenstadt von Villayayosa ist mit der Bahn (ca 700 m zu Fuß, sehr günstig) zu erreichen, sie ist etwa 3,5 km entfernt. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt !
