The property is closer to the bridge than to the park. It was fine for what we needed as we just slept there. The host was very responsive.

The apartment was the perfect size for 5 adults with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Easy walk to subways and buses. Lots of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was nice and clean. There were AC units in all the bedrooms as well as the living room which made coming home after a hot day so comfortable.

The place and location are nice. Easy to find transportation and many good places to explore. The issue was the communication. I was asked to provide a selfie with my ID. We had never encountered this on a prior rental. Also the day of the rental we were told to meet at a different address. This made me worry and I was told that it was for my safety. We contacted VRBO services to assure we had a back up option. Since it was the day of our arrival we took a chance and went to the property. We met a greeter who was nice and the property was as described. I am still not sure why this had to be so difficult. Made me suspicious, but it worked out.

The home was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the separate workspace with a desk. The neighborhood was pleasant, with restaurants and subway access within easy walking distance. We also walked to Central Park, although the property was a little farther from the listing’s map than we expected.One thing future guests should know: the map location and address provided after booking were not accurate. We learned that the host provides the actual address three days before check-in, and VRBO did not have the correct address in its system. This initially concerned me, but VRBO connected me directly with the host. After a pleasant conversation, I felt comfortable proceeding with our stay.I would rent this property again despite the address issue, but I appreciated having it clarified before arrival, and wanted other guests to be aware. In reading other property reviews, this seems to be a hosting trend in NYC. The home had the amenities we needed, though you should plan to bring your own soap, shampoo, coffee, creamer, and other personal supplies. It was exceptionally quiet. We heard no street noise and were provided a comfortable place to relax after exploring the city.

We had a great stay at this property! It worked perfectly for our group—my wife and I, our daughter, and her foreign exchange student. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying being together.The location was excellent—very central with easy access to the subway and quick Uber pickups (usually within 3 minutes). There were also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a short walk, which made things very convenient.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and all bedrooms had comfortable queen beds. The only minor downside was that the bedrooms were a bit tight, and two of them had limited dresser space.We also appreciated being able to stay together in one home rather than booking multiple hotel rooms—it was much more cost-effective and enjoyable. The property is on a busy street, so bringing white noise for sleeping is a good idea (though that’s pretty typical for NYC).Overall, a great experience, and our host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it!

This place is on the busy Street , very busy Location, easy access to a lot of restaurants and shops also it Is Loud and busy location all day hearing cars from 5 Am to midnight. so You Can Only get 5 hours sleep at Night. I had to put earplugs for sleeping You be aware of that other than that It is so convenient to get around the city from this location Everything was clean inside The House pretty easy to contact our Host also We enjoyed our time there Thank you
