Best of the beach & the lake! This amazing - NEWLY RENOVATED - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is waterfront -- located directly on beautiful Lake Powell and Phillips Inlet in Pirate's Cove Inlet, providing instant access to the water from our onsite boat ramp. Got a boat or jet ski? Bring it with you! If you don't have a boat, you can rent a kayak or paddleboard at Camp Helen and have a great time on the lake. Would you rather be on the beach? Grab your beach gear and head to one of the nearby public beach access points, less than 5 minutes from our driveway. OR even better . . . boat to Phillips Inlet and then spend the day on the sand where the gulf and lake converge. Got kids? Swimming in Phillips Inlet is one of ours favorite things to do… feels like you are in the gulf without the danger of the undertow. Like to fish? There is great fishing in Lake Powell. Like to crab? The inlet is the perfect place to catch crabs. Feeling lazy? Spend the day relaxing by one of our two onsite pools, both of which have just been completely updated. This property offers a little bit of everything and is a perfect, quiet, family destination. We are located on the West End of Panama City Beach, only a few minutes from Publix, Carillon Beach, 30A, many restaurants and Camp Helen.

*We also have the unit next door. Send us a message if you are interested in renting both sides, which could potentially sleep up to 15 people when rented together.

*** We will consider MONTHLY / SNOWBIRD rental during the months of October, November, December, January, and/or February. Send us a message if you are interested!!***

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all sheets on beds, and leave used beds unmade so that the housekeeper knows which ones to change.
Be sure to leave all TVs on the original settings/connections as when you arrived. Sign out of your personal apps.
If you don't mind starting a load of towels in the washing machine, that would be extra helpful.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*You MUST disclose if you plan to bring a service animal so that we can properly clean after your stay. $250 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
$50 Administrative Fee is added to each booking for Accidental Damage Insurance coverage up to $300. It is not refundable.

We had a wonderful stay! There was a small issue with the door code we were initially given, but I was able to quickly get in touch with Cara, who provided a new code that worked perfectly. Our kids had a great time swimming in the pool, and we really appreciated how easy the drive was to Inlet Beach. We made so many special family memories during our time at Pirates Cove Inlet!

We didn't use the pool. Cara communicated instructions for easy check in into the place which was very nice. Place was cozy and comfortable, we'll try to enjoy the place more next time but most the time we were at the beach.
