My husband and I had a wonderful time here. The whole unit was just the right size for us. Clean, appliances were new, the shower was big and relaxing. There were all the things needed in a kitchen. The back balcony had a beautiful view of the lake. Short walk to the beach, which was quiet and beautiful. Our Host was so available! We will be coming back again. Thank you for such a special time.

Exceptional Stay at InnJoy

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our stay at InnJoy. The property was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and just a short walk from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Tonda is a fantastic host, you can truly tell she goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have an exceptional experience. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Cosy friendly carriage house only steps from the beach

The host is super friendly. The view from living room and balcony is incredible. The beds are very comfy. We have been here the 2nd time and we have planned to come back.

Enjoyed "InnJoy"

This is the third time we've stayed at InnJoy and it's as good as ever. It is so well-stocked with everything you need and Tonda is such a great host. She always responds very quickly to questions we have. We'll probably be back next year.

Anniversary Getaway

Our stay at Innjoy was exactly what my wife and I needed. The space and location is perfect for a romantic beach getaway. I was shocked at how well stocked and organized the property was. Tonda was so welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay and is a wonderful host. If you’re even remotely considering staying here I would definitely pull the trigger, you will not regret it.

Great location

We were very pleased with the location of this rental. We felt very safe in the gated community and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We had great communication with the owner; she was very accommodating. The unit was well stocked with everything you need. We did feel it could use a fresh coat of paint and some deep cleaning.

Cozy and clean

Innjoy is a fabulous, cozy cottage with a wonderful view of Lake Carillon. The property is safe, quiet and clean. The owners provided all the essentials I needed during my week long vacation.

Love this place, very clean & has everything you need.

Quick get-away

Loved the location. Easy walk to the beach access and pools. The beach is great and not crowded! We really enjoyed the beach chairs and not having to carry so much to the beach. We enjoyed the upper deck overlooking the pond at night and early mornings in the shade. Well stocked home with blender, dishes, paper towels, garbage bags etc that make the stay easier than trying to remember everything you might need. I appreciated knowing that all shams and bedding are washed between guests. Friendly host!

Perfect Getaway!

I would definitely recommend this spot for any couple looking for a private getaway. It’s just a short walk from the beach and a short drive from all of the 30A beaches. The home had everything we needed and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Just perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at “Inn Joy” so much! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip to Carillon and it was perfect for the two of us! The proximity to the beach and pool was so nice- super easy walking distance. The carriage house was fully stocked with everything we could have ever needed. And the view from the balcony at sunrise and sunset was just unbeatable! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We moved into the completed main house on the property in December 2018 and live there full time. We love recommending places to go and eat. It's like having your own tour guides onsite!

We searched for years looking for the right beach location. After a taste of the hustle and bustle of Rosemary and Seaside and all points in between, we stumbled across Carillon Beach. So much more peaceful and so less crowded. No need to cross a major busy street and fight for a spot on the beach. Now we have two lounge chairs with an umbrella reserved on the beach in our own little slice of heaven allowing us and our guests to come and go as we please. No traffic issues to deal with as Carillon's entrance is on Hwy 98 - just across the Lake Powell bridge. We can go enjoy all that 30A has to offer when we choose without dealing with the daily traffic. If you want to have a relaxing vacation, please try "InnJoy" at Carillon Beach and "enjoy" all we have to offer.
