This place was an absolute gem. Location was amazing, close to all the tourist sites and the neighborhood had great restaurants within a minutes walk. The host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. Beds were so comfortable and the laundry was so nice to have especially when staying long term. We had the best trip and will be definitely be back and will be booking this apartment again.

Great experience. A short walk from most Broadway theatres. The street outside is pretty busy but the apartment is sound proof. The host was great. She explained by FaceTime how everything worked when I had questions.

Located on the well-known restaurant row, the apartment was conveniently located to subways, Times Square, broadway theaters, and of course food. Sometimes there was a little more noise late at night from the street, but we were there during the New York Knicks finals, so that may have been the catalyst. A/C worked well. There was a lot of closet space. One odd thing - there were cleaning items laying in the hall during our entire stay - broom, mop, etc. We navigated around it, but it was odd. Still, we had a wonderful time and the location of the apartment greatly contributed to that.

The host is very much in top of things, always available and very communicative throughout the entire process!!Property was absolutely PERFECT with the necessary amenities, very clean, and more spacious than originally thought it would be and surprisingly quiet at night!Location of property could not be any better to do all things "New York," and very much within walking distance (our preferred method of travel while there) of anything one would like to do/explore!

We had a good family stay here for 5 nights. The best thing about this property is its location. And the host, Karen, was very responsive and helpful. It was reasonably clean. There is a lot of storage space and hangars and racks for clothes. Shower pressure was good.This was on the 3rd floor with steep and narrow stairs. We had a tough time carrying our luggage up. The building looks and feels run-down inside. The apartment is much older than the photos in the listing. We didn’t cook but there were some pots/pans and cutlery. There were some basic provisions like salt, pepper, coffee powder etc. The bed in the master bedroom is collapsing in the middle. The sofa is old and not that clean. For this price level, this place should have been furnished better. The toiletries provided were of low quality. Wifi was good. The rooftop terrace is good for the views but the chairs and the small coffee table were dusty. They had given 3 sets of keys and it was very useful for our family of 4 adults. The street is quite noisy, especially in the night, all the way till the early morning. If you are a light sleeper then the master bedroom is not for you. The washer and dryer were very useful. It would have been nice if they had provided the detergent and some dryer sheets.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and found the property to be a great value, especially because of its excellent location. The apartment is within easy reach of restaurants, attractions, and transportation, making it a convenient home base for exploring the area.The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay, which we appreciated. The only challenge was the check-in process. The actual property address was not provided until the day of arrival, which made it difficult to coordinate transportation, arrange Ubers, and keep everyone in our group informed of the final destination.The apartment itself offers the basic necessities needed for a comfortable stay. While it is not overly elaborate, it provided what we needed and served as a good place to relax after a day of activities.Overall, this is a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable place in a fantastic location, and we would consider staying here again.
