We chose this neighborhood because it truly fits our family and the way we love to live. This is our vacation home and it is close enough to our primary home that we can come often and enjoy it together, not just once in a while. Our children absolutely love the pool, and this community has a wonderful one where they can laugh, swim, and make memories that feel like summer should.

I personally love the beach. Sitting by the ocean, listening to the waves, and slowing down is one of my favorite ways to recharge, and having that so close brings a sense of calm every time we visit. The area also offers so much for families. There is a water theme park, great restaurants, and local attractions that truly keep our kids entertained and engaged.

What really sealed it for us is how easy it is to stay active here. Between nearby state parks, hiking trails, beaches, and outdoor spaces, this neighborhood supports a healthy, active lifestyle that we value deeply as a family. The sofa bed converts comfortably into a bed, making it easy for families or friends to spread out while still feeling together.
