Bring your flip flops and relax! Adorable beach cottage in a quiet, gated community just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Enjoy the outdoor area at home with a fire pit, grill, and games or explore the wooded trails, crabbing dock, or community pool.

Pool Hours:
-10 am - 7 pm Weekends Only (05/23/2026 – 06/12/2026)
-10 am - 7 pm Daily (06/13/2026 – 09/07/2026)
-10 am - 7 pm Weekends Only (09/12/2026 --09/20/2026)

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

2 bedrooms with an upstairs loft bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Both downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. Upstairs loft has two twin beds and full pull out couch.

We do not live locally so we will be available through the app.

We do have another rental in the same neighborhood if the dates are not available here.

Please let us know beforehand if you are bringing animals. there will be a $70 charge per animal. Max of 2 animals.

The pool dates for summer of 2025 will be updated as we receive the information.

Peaceful

The property is quite peaceful and safe with a gated community. We enjoyed sitting outside early morning listening to the birds in the morning. The house is very cozy, clean, and has all necessities that we needed. The pool and kids park was definitely an added perk!

Gated community getaway

Perfect long weekend! Just as described with a community pool and playground. Loved the backyard space with fire pit, grill, and hammock. Was ~15 minute drive to everything, but easy to navigate - beaches, breweries, and boardwalks. We even caught a few crabs off the crabbing dock.

Perfect Quiet Beach House Get Away

The home was perfectly tucked away in a gated community. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were all polite and respectful. The home was perfectly furnished with bed linens and bath towels. The home had everything in the kitchen we needed for coffee and cooking. The owner was very communicative and we highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area.

Absolutely lovely

Great place to stay to get away from the traffic and busy area of the beach …check in was easy great communication…home was spotless and perfect for me and my 2 daughters…gated community and everyone was nice great area to walk my dog …my daughters loved the pool..has a washer and dryer which is very convenient…you wont go wrong booking this place …only thing i would think would be beneficial would be a outside light in backyard that stays on when your sitting outside or walking your fur baby:)

Great Little Place!

The home was so cute inside and the owners did a great job with little touches to make it special for our family! They left some goodies for us, soaps and towels and linens, a dog bed for our pup, great recommendations for things nearby and everything we needed for our stay! The home seems much smaller in person but a good size if you’re traveling with a small family. The only thing that made it hard was that because it is located in the woodsy area and we went in August there were TONS of mosquitoes so if you are a mosquito magnet maybe stay closer to the beach in the later months of summer. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect getaway to the Beach without being on the Beach

The home was in a perfectly quiet community with plenty of mature trees, as well as friendly neighbors. It provided easy access to shopping, beaches, restaurants, and serenity of outdoor living without the beach party scene. Our family of five had plenty room for all accommodations, and was able to park two full size SUV/Trucks along with a sedan. We plan on renting again next year at the same time. As we throughly enjoyed our stay with the convenience of feeling at home in this rental property. Thank you once again and see you next year!!

Cute and cozy

Had a great time here at this cottage. My only issues were with clogged drains and the front bedroom door did not close. Also my 7 year old got locked in the bathroom for 10 minutes and I had trouble getting her out. Beds aren’t the most comfortable. Other then that loved swimming in the community pool and the area is very woodsy and super cozy.

Angola By The Bay is an adorable, gated community close to the beaches but away from the hustle and bustle of beach life. In the summertime it great with the pool and crabbing pier and the off season is beautiful and relaxing with all the trees and wooded walking trails.
