Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Souterrain-Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer mit Souterrain „dunkel“ verbindet, liegt weit daneben. Durch die großen Fenster und breiten Bereiche davor, die mit Bepflanzung versehen sind, ist die Wohnung lichtdurchflutet. Bei sehr heißen Temperaturen haben wir sie als angenehm kühl (22,7) empfunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Wachenheim kommen, werden wir hoffentlich wieder diese schöne Wohnung mieten können. Vielen Dank 😊

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Gut eingerichtete, geräumige Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Souterrain-Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist. Sogar Duschgel, Shampoo, usw. ist vorhanden. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren.

Mieszkanie w cudownym miejscu na szlaku Weinstraße. Właściciele są bardzo mili i pomocni, choć na początku jej nie było po dwóch dniach miałem zamontowaną pralkę, ogromna niespodzianka. Mieszkanie utrzymane w perfekcyjnej kondycji, czysto i komfortowo, wszystko czego potrzebowałem do prowadzenia normalnego życia było w tym lokalu. Jeżeli jeszcze kiedyś będę pracował w tym regionie na pewno najpierw sprawdzę czy to mieszkanie jest wolne👍😁

Herzlichen Dank für die Bewertung. Schade, dass Sie nicht mit mir gesprochen haben bzgl. des Fernsehers. Es wäre kein Problem gewesen diesen umzustellen. Ich werde diesen im Wohnbereich aufstellen. Leider hat jeder andere Bedürfnisse, darauf gehe ich gerne ein. Bis auf ein nächstes Mal.

Zufrieden

Obwohl Souterrain eine helle und großzügig ausgestattete Wohnung. Lediglich ein Fliegenschutz in einigen Fenstern hätte das Lüften vereinfacht. Nette und aufgeschlossene Vermieter, gute Kommunikation.
