The 8-foot floor to ceiling pocket sliders open to bring the outdoors in. Guests will be captivated by the stunning, big water views. Kayaking and enjoying the hot tub at sunset are guest favorites! The king master is a private oasis with beautiful views, high-end bedding, and sliders to the pool. **Pool and hot tub are getting resurfaced and retiled September 2026!**

Certain parts of the house are run down, the cement around the pool is dirty and moldy, hot tub didn’t work, it only heated as warm as pool. Front light at front door didn’t work, couch was dirty and smelled, definitely needs a steam clean. Garage door is rusty and gives off bad curb appeal, front door doesn’t close very well, seem tobe a security and safety concern.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback! We just bought this home in February, and we have not had a break in reservations to even stay there ourselves yet. We are planning all the improvements you mentioned. We will also be getting the pool and hot tub resurfaced this fall as well. Thank you again.
