This property is a top accommodation for winter sports enthusiasts. This is because the Fleckalmbahn does not take you to just any piste but to the second largest ski area in all of Europe! From here, you make a quick crossing to the famous Hahnenkamm (1670 metres) or the Pengelstein (1938 metres). At the end of the day, you ski back to your home! Cosy shops, restaurants and après ski bars are within walking distance of the residence.
Summer visitors will also have a great time in this property and region. Along the babbling brook that leads to the "Badesee" runs a beautiful hiking and cycling path. Take a refreshing dip in the lake and then warm up in the sunbathing lawn. For sports enthusiasts, there is a mountain bike rental with a mountain bike park just 50 metres from the holiday home. You will also find golf courses, riding stables and other outdoor sports organisations in the vicinity.
