The cozy 100-square-meter, 3-star "Jautz" vacation home in Sögel, featuring a private garden with a terrace, is the perfect base for hikes in the Hümmling Nature Park, bike tours through the Emsland region, and relaxing walks through the Clemenswerth Castle grounds—spanning 42 ha and located about 800 m away.

Our comfortable vacation home can accommodate up to 5 people and is lovingly furnished.

On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room for relaxing, and a bedroom with a double bed. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as another bathroom.

After an eventful and wonderful day in the Emsland region, you can unwind in the garden with its terrace or enjoy a barbecue with friends.

Your dog is just as welcome here! The vast fields, meadows, and forests around Sögel are a true paradise for dogs, who can run and play to their heart’s content here.

A nearby playground ensures plenty of fun for our younger guests.

It’s about 1,500 meters to the center of Sögel, a state-recognized resort town—where you’ll find plenty of shopping options, bakeries, and restaurants.

As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can enjoy a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area): free weights area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 meters from the vacation home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a bathrobe

The Sögel vacation home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel vacation home area will be observed even during construction!
