Hello. I’m offering you a fully furnished holiday rental where you can relax and unwind. The price is per night and includes final cleaning for up to 3 people. The open entryway, with an adjoining closet for your jackets, shoes, etc., provides a clear view of the entire living-kitchen area. The bedroom features two single beds (which can also be pushed together upon request), and a fold-out couch in the living room is available as an additional sleeping option. Bedding is provided. The bathroom is a small oasis of relaxation. This is the only room with underfloor heating. You can choose between a bathtub and a rain shower. A hair dryer (with an USB port) is also provided. The kitchen features a cooking island where everything—including the oven, glass-ceramic hob, pots and pans, as well as dishes and cutlery—is within easy reach. A microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher are also part of this kitchen’s amenities, ensuring your stay is as relaxing as possible and that you have everything you need. On the property, we have a spacious covered seating area for our holiday guests, where an ashtray is provided for smokers, as well as a large grill that you’re welcome to use. (Photo to follow) The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor of a four-family house (attic); all shopping options and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity; “Real” is approximately 1 km away; Public transport options, such as the train station and bus stop, are within a 1-km radius. The A9 and A14 highways are 10 km away. Attractions such as Lake Goitzsche (5 km away) and the Dübener Heide (22 km away)—ideal for extended bike rides or water sports—are easily and quickly accessible. Within a 6-km radius, there are several options for delicious and flavourful dining, such as “Sehnsucht” at Lake Goitzsche or Greek cuisine, as well as good home-style cooking at the restaurant “Zur Sonnenrose” in Holzweissig (approx. 5 km), which also features a bowling alley.
