The guest house is situated just 7 minutes from the restaurant/bars, shops, and Atlantic Ocean of beautiful Folly Beach and 15 minutes to the heart of historic downtown Charleston. The guest house is located adjacent to owner occupied house on a quiet private lot with a large deck accommodating plenty of seating. This is the perfect vacation destination for you and your family. The space features a queen bed and a full bed, plus a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. A single bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub and a handy hair dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the house. Whether you’re unwinding after a day out or enjoying a quiet morning inside, this serene and cool retreat invites you to relax and recharge. We had such a great stay at this new guest house-apartment! The space was incredibly clean and well cared for, which immediately made us feel comfortable. It was thoughtfully set up for all ages—there was something for everyone to enjoy, which made the experience even better. One of the things we loved most was how the layout balanced togetherness and privacy. Even though we were close, it still felt like our own little retreat where we could relax and unwind.The kitchen was very spacious and clean. You can tell a lot of care went into making sure guests have a seamless experience. We loved all of the natural light coming in the windows.The hosts were also very attentive and helpful. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay! Definitely a place for a small family who loves the beach and the city of Charleston!
