If you arrive via taxi or ride-share, go to the Happiness (East) Tower lobby (where your unit is located) to check in at the front desk. If you arrive in a personal or rental car….secure, overnight valet is available at $40 per night or $550 per month (charged to the tenant upfront). The valet stand is conveniently located just steps away from the guest elevator, providing hassle-free convenience to the condominium. A valet cart is available to carry groceries or large items onto the elevator and into the unit.

Pet Policy🐶
Small breeds will be allowed upon discretion. A fully refundable pet damage deposit of $500 is required at time of booking.

If there is no damage to any furniture or accessories, the damage deposit will be returned to you upon check out and property inspection.

Each additional pet will be an additional $100 added to the refundable damage deposit making it the perfect choice for pet lovers. We kindly ask that you watch your pet closely while in the unit, do your best to keep them off beds and furniture and lead them to the relief areas when necessary.

To access your unit, please request the elevator fab at the front desk for your initial check-in. We will provide you with a self-check-in code 48 hours prior to your check-in date and your permanent elevator fob will be available at your residence.

- A $100 charge will be applied for lost amenities & elevator fob. Two Fobs will
be provided.

Towel Service
Please note that our property is part of the residences, not the resort. For this reason, we provide a standard set of towels per reservation. Unlike the hotel side, which refreshes towels daily since they don’t have washers and dryers on site, the residences are equipped differently and do not follow the same daily towel service.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE NOTICE
While we do our best to ensure a comfortable an enjoyable stay, please be aware that occasional construction, maintenance, or renovation work may take place with or without notice in or around the building or neighboring properties. These activities are outside of KJM Hospitality’s control, and we cannot be held responsible for any noise or disruptions that may occur.

- EXCLUSIVE GUEST ACCESS: Guests have (pay-for-use) access to all spa facilities, restaurants, bars, and the lobby coffee shop. Of course, you may enjoy complimentary beach access, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and all pool areas. Additionally, there is a resident exercise room for your use, and you may also enjoy any fitness class that is offered by the resort by going online to amritoceancom and selecting the “fitness schedule.” No appointment is necessary. Simply proceed to the spa desk and let them know you would like to participate in a fitness class.
- For security and per HOA regulations we kindly ask that packages, suitcases are not delivered to the property before or during your stay. Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee their safety or hold items on your behalf.
If you need to receive something while in town, we recommend using a nearby delivery locker, post office hold, or local pickup location.
