We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Pearl Beach House! The description and pictures of the property were accurate. The house was very clean and well maintained. We loved the extra amenities such as kayaks for five, snorkel gear, water shoes, and exercise equipment. The host communicated with us very well and was very helpful in obtaining groceries for us before arrival. The area is peaceful. We never once saw or heard another person/neighbor. I would recommend renting a Bowcar Buggy because the road leading to the house and the highway south of George Town is quite hard on a regular car. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

This is a wonderful new home with a truly stunning ocean view!! Communication with the owners was a breeze, almost instantaneous. It was peaceful and quiet but not too far from town. The sofas and beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having the new washer/dryer and kayaks. We saw a turtle swimming right off our beach! The new acoustic guitar in our closet was a nice surprise as well! Since this was a new listing, I was hesitant before booking, but I have no doubt this will fill up with rave reviews in no time!

Unbelievable stay at Blue Pearl! The house was perfect for our family of 5! The view of the ocean and sandbar was stunning everyday. We used the kayaks daily, saw multiple turtles and sting rays while kayaking and while sitting on the beach in the backyard. Do yourself a favor and book this place, it was AMAZING! It’s a hidden gem of Exuma. The property manager Lott was a lifesaver helping us air up our tires on our rental van and even helped us put on a spare tire two hours before our flight to ensure we made it home! He saved us from a disaster ending of our trip!Be careful of the roads off the highway, they are pretty rocky and uneven with lots of potholes, take it slow and you will be fine!Only 15-20 min to Georgetown and groceries and to Jolly Hall & Hoopers Bay beaches. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with our family! We will be back!
Beautiful view first day of our stay
Sons kayaking and saw a turtle!
Beautiful sunset one night from the deck.

Thank you so much for this incredible review — it truly means a lot to us! 💙 We’re so happy to hear that Blue Pearl was the perfect fit for your family and that you enjoyed the ocean views and sandbar — they really are special. It sounds like you made the most of the kayaks too… spotting turtles and stingrays right from the beach is always such a magical experience! We’re especially glad Lott was able to step in and help when you needed it most — we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him, he’ll really appreciate it. Thank you as well for the helpful tip about the roads — great advice for future guests. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your family, and we would love to welcome you back anytime to Blue Pearl! 🌴✨
