Property great but the property manager was not very nice. The pool is locked by property manager daily before it is time for it to close also the pool is open late daily!

Cons: Room was not as clean as it should have been. Hairs observed on the master pillowcases and in multiple areas on the bathroom wall and sink. Master bed felt like there was a slumped in hole on the one side of the bed which was a little uncomfortable however melatonin helped me sleep. One of my daughters slept on the couch and woke up with bite marks on her legs which could have been mosquitos though. And pool area apparently does not allow music to be played even though we brought a small speaker for just us to enjoy and the manager came to tell us she had noise complaints only then to come back after to tell us to turn it up more so she could hear it. Signs should be posted to avoid that for sure if that’s an issue. Pros: shower was amazing, beach area was great and super clean, pool was amazing and not too crowded, room and kitchen had everything we needed, location was convenient, and attendant at check in was so nice!!! I would highly recommend this property and would stay again overall.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re very glad to hear you enjoyed the beach access, pool, location, kitchen amenities, and that our check-in attendant made a positive impression during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the housekeeping concerns you experienced, as that is not the standard we strive to provide. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have gladly sent housekeeping back immediately to address those items for you. We also appreciate your comments regarding the mattress comfort and pool area communication, as guest feedback helps us improve both our accommodations and guest experience. We’re happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay and would consider returning. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back again in the future.
