Loved the condo except for one thing, which wont deter me from staying here again...bathroom floors along baseboard were dingy dirty. Just needs a good cleaning with a toothbrush and elbow grease. Other than that it was lovely and loved the color combination Have this info saved so if we can get back sometime, we will!!

Beyond Expectations

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious. In the middle of Tybee Beach, it was the perfect location. Very laidback. Just what we needed! The view of the ocean was stunning and the pools were fantastic. Love The Deck Bar! Note: must love birds.

Right on the beach. Two pools restaurant and bar on site. Close to everything. Property is a little confusing to even find the office but not really an issue. Would stay here again.

Great location, great property

The weather was hit or miss while we were there, so I was really happy to have such great views that we could enjoy even during the storms. The fold out couch also came in handy when our 2 kids decided they couldn't share a bed anymore :) Having in-condo laundry was also very convenient . Super quick beach access, everything was SPARKLING clean, perfect vacation spot all around!

Peaceful Escape Haven

The # 431 Ocean House condo is beautiful with a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. I spent hours sitting there enjoying the peace,and taking great comfort from the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. The location is very steps from the beach and very close to excellent restaurants. There is a bar and restaurant on the resort grounds and the food as very good. Highly recommend this property. Also excellent service from the management staff.

Great Ocean View

This condo has easy parking and is on Mid Beach. It is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. We could walk on to the beach whenever we wanted and it was quiet and uncrowded when we were there in early May. The property managers are extremely kind and helpful. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo

2nd time staying on Tybee. This was a beautiful 3rd floor, corner condo on the beach. There is an elevator. Great views of the ocean, ships, dolphins, pelican and best of all the sunrises. It was only a short 50-yard walk to the water's edge. The condo appeared to be recently remodeled and appeared to be professionally done. We loved the colors, fur,niture, and decorations. Everything was super clean. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s home. I moved to Tybee Island in 1978 and have been part of Beachside Colony since its construction in 2000. Over the years, I’ve watched this community grow while still maintaining the relaxed, family-friendly feel that makes Tybee special. Guests love this location for its direct beach access, walkability, and central mid-island setting that makes getting anywhere on Tybee easy. In addition to managing condos here, I’m also an owner at Beachside Colony, which means I care for this property the same way I care for my own. The location offers the best of the island—easy beach access, a true resort atmosphere, and a place I’m proud to share with guests.
