Immaculate 2 BD/2BA Twin Home With Stunning Views Close To Snow Canyon Hiking

This private, 1600 sq' twin home is located behind a security gate and backs to a beautiful Red Mountain View. There is a large Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a T.V. along with a large Master Bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, Flat Screen T.V. and exit onto back patio with a spectacular view of The Red Mountain. The Guest Bathroom is located across the hall and has a tub/shower combination. The large kitchen is stocked with all cookware & dishes needed to prepare delicious meal. The Laundry Room has a washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board are provided in the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Living Room all have ceiling fans and there is central air conditioning and forced air heating. Extra towels and linens are provided. There is a gas fireplace in the Living Room with an attached quiet blower. A stunning view of the red mountain and lava fields is located off of the large patio located just outside the Living Room and Master and Guest Bedrooms. A BBQ is provided if so desired; just let us know when you book your dates. There is Wifi in this home along with a T.V. and DVD player (in Living Room). A hairdryer is also provided in the bathroom.

About Lem Lucia

We moved from the beach area in Southern California in 1993 to St. George and haven't looked back since. We love St. George and are excited to share this beautiful place with everyone that comes to visit! We've raised 2 sons here who are grown and on their own now and thought we were finished with child rearing. Then 8 years ago, we were blessed with another late in life baby boy who's been a complete joy. He loves all that is nature and so raising him here in this safe and breathtakingly beautiful place has been a lot of fun. We also live full time in the Entrada area and wouldn't want to live anywhere else in St. George and living in Entrada allows us to be available anytime our guests have a question or need.

Why stay in a motel/hotel, when you can stay in our impeccably clean and comfortable home and make a meal if you'd like or take a nap in the privacy of your own bedroom after a fun day of hiking Snow Canyon or Zion Park and then take in a Broadway caliber show in Tuacahn's Amphitheater in the evening.

We think Entrada is the most beautiful area in St. George. Our home is conveniently located in the heart of 'Color Country' within 5 minutes of Tuacahn Amphitheater and Snow Canyon State Park. We are right next to miles of paved hiking and biking trails and fun, quaint shopping in downtown Santa Clara and Kayenta's Coyote Gultch.

What makes this townhome unique

We love this property because it has a beautiful view out the back of The Red Mountain and out towards Snow Canyon State Park. The home is very spacious for 4 people with a beautiful, upgraded kitchen and an open comfortable Great Room. You can wash and dry your clothes in the comfort of the home without having to go to a coin operated facility in a motel/hotel.

It was after a long and tiring day of travelling that we finally arrived at Sand Point. This spacious, upscale, beautifully decorated villa was what we would call home for the next month. There were no surprises. The pictures on the Home Away site, along with the detailed description, were accurate. But experiencing the villa was the true test.

This unit was spotless when we arrived. The layout of the home is airy and bright with numerous cupboards and closets for storage. There were even an adequate number of hangers provided! The kitchen is well equipped with quality cookware, dinnerware and spices for cooking. The only item that might be added are plastic glasses for use at the pool. We were grateful to have some cleaning supplies provided as well. A comfortable bed with quality bedding is key when travelling and we weren’t disappointed.

One of our favourite times of the day was sitting on the patio with a glass of wine after a day of adventuring on one of the many spectacular trails in nearby Snow Canyon. We never tired of the view from the patio surrounded by mounds of lava rock leading out to a spectacular red rock mountain. Sky Mountain Golf Course is one of the most beautiful in the area, so much so, that it was often difficult to concentrate on our game. The ‘Grande Finale’ of our vacation was “A Night of Queen” under the stars at the Tuacahn Amphitheatre, a 10 minute drive away.

We’d like to extend a special thank you to Lem, who was most accommodating during our stay, who happily answered our many questions about the area and who suggested an excursion to breathtaking Kolob Terrace Road in Zion National Park, one of the highlights of our trip. Our experience in St. George while staying at Lava Falls@Entrada felt like being part of a National Geographic adventure, an experience everyone should have at least once in their lifetime.

Great place for a weekend or a week

Northwest in the 'burbs of St George, this is a beautiful home well located whether you're hiking, golfing, or just exploring. Two big bedrooms, a full kitchen, sizeable family room and a nice little patio to enjoy the afternoon. When I had a question mid-stay, I used the app to email the host and he was at the door within 30 minutes with an answer. And impeccably clean. I also got a chuckle out of the TV in the main room, an actual CRT, didn't think I'd see one of those again :-). Not that it ever got switched on, you don't come to St George to watch TV.

Would definitely consider rebooking next time my holiday plans include St George.

It's even better the fourth time

This was my fourth time staying in Lem's beautiful condo. Does anything more really need to be said? The condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and perfectly located. Since I've stayed here so much it almost feels like my second home. The St. George area has so many wonderful hikes and the restaurant scene is slowly improving as well. The Harmon's grocery store, literally down the street, has made visiting the area even better. I'm sure I'll be back for a 5th visit before the end of the year. We just love the area and love to stay in Lem's condo. Lem is very responsive and easy to work with. It just doesn't get any better.

Beautiful place!!!

Our stay at Sandpoint was spectular. The property was more beautiful than even the pictures. The unit was immaculate and very comfortable. St George-Utah area was beautiful. Breathtaking and awe inspiring are only a few words to describe this area. We will definitely be returning in the future to explore more areas/golf on the gorgeous golf tracks we seen and just enjoy the beauty. The Lava rock field right outside the unit was interesting...

Our rental was beautifully and conveniently location just inside the east Santa Clara city limit on Pioneer Parkway in a small gated development. The back of the rental is very private with wonderful uninterrupted views of the Santa Clara lava fields and both Red Mountain to the north and the Beaver Dam Mountains to the west. The duplex has an ideal use of space and is beautifully equipped, up to date, and immaculately clean. Lem is a very responsive and hospitable manager. We couldn't have been happier with our month's rental!

Our vacation rental is located in the gated and private community of Lava Falls At Entrada. We are located on the scenic, west side of St. George near the Santa Clara boarder. Our comfortable home is within 5 minutes of the one of a kind, beautiful, Tuachan Amphitheater and Snow Canyon State Park; both a must see attraction. There are miles and miles of very scenic hiking and biking trails right outside our community. We are within 5 minutes of the indoor Sand Hollow Aquatic Center with its large lap pool and water park slide. There are 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes of our home as well as a Walgreen Drugstore and Pizza Factory and Anasazi Steak House restaurants. Plenty of 'fast food' like McDonald's and Wendy's are also nearby. We are located 5 minutes from downtown Santa Clara's Historic District with its quaint shopping and restaurants and pioneer museum. Kayenta's Coyote Gultch is about a 10 minute drive beyond Santa Clara and offers a fun little restaurant and coffee bar along with unique gift and local art shopping. This home is close enough to all the conveniences yet far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility if that is what you desire.
