Immaculate 2 BD/2BA Home With Stunning Views Close To Snow Canyon Hiking
Welcome to the gated, private and exclusive community of Sand Point at Entrada and our beautiful 2BR/2BA red mountain view twin home.
Our scenic community consists of only 6 twin homes, all with views of some of the most breathtaking scenery this side of heaven. From the moment you enter our home, you will be awe struck by the views of lava rocks, the red mountain and white sandstone.
With only 6 homes, Entrada at Sand Point is the perfect respite to escape the typical crowds of most of the large 100+ vacation home communities. Whether you choose a totally relaxing vacation or go all out in our beautiful outdoors, Entrada at Sand Point is the place to relax in peace and tranquility.
Our home is professionally decorated with an attached two car garage. All the conveniences of home including free secure wi-fi, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and slate floors. The kitchen is complete with all the dishes, cookware and spices you will need to prepare delicious meals.
All linens and towels are included and are of the finest quality. This is a "twin home" with another home attached on only one side, unlike town homes where you are surrounded by homes on either side. Sand Point shares the outdoor pool and hot tub directly across the street (Pioneer Pkwy) with the small community of Lava Falls including a total of 20 homes.
This home is on the west side of St. George, just over the boarder into Santa Clara city and located only a few miles from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts and only a mile from The Canyons Softball Complex. Take a step right out the door and enjoy miles of hiking or biking.
This home is also NOT on the perimeter of town thus giving up the convenience of nearby grocery stores, entertainment, dining and sightseeing. The new, gourmet grocery store, Harmon's is less than a mile right out your front door on Pioneer Pkwy to the west. Drug stores and fine dining as well as pizza parlors and fast food are less than 2 miles away.
A few of the mecca of outdoor activities include world class mountain biking with top rated trails like Gooseberry Mesa and the GEM trail which are less than an hour away. There is abundant hiking at Snow Canyon State Park, Pioneer Park and Zion National Park (45 minutes away). We are always happy to share the "secret local spots" with you.
Golf at any one or more of our local courses. Top rated Sand Hollow as well as Coral Canyon are less than a half an hour away. Sun Brook Golf Course is just down the road from us. Discounts for golf are available upon request.
YOUR STAY AT SAND POINT INCLUDES 24/7 ACCESS TO ELEVATION FITNESS AND A FREE FAMILY PASS TO SAND HOLLOW AQUATIC CENTER.
Upon entering the home, you'll find a large, open floor plan with the Great Room having a new 4K smart TV and a blu-ray player. There is a flip switch gas fireplace (and blower) for a cozy ambiance and some extra warmth for cooler, romantic evenings. There is a small DVD library and the wifi is strong enough for streaming your favorite movies (with your acct.). Cable TV is provided on all 3 flat screen TV's for your enjoyment.
In the very large master bedroom is a top of the line king size bed with soft comfortable linens, good quality & clean pillows, a new flat screen TV, large mirrored closets with built in shelving for all your clothing, and a comfortable chair to sit and read a book or watch TV and an ironing board with an iron located in the closet. There is a sliding door exit to the viewed, back patio along with a large master bathroom with dual sinks and a tiled walk-in shower and a hair dryer.
The guest bedroom also has a high quality queen mattress and bedding with quality, clean pillows, a "smart" flat screen TV, a mirrored closet with built in shelving and it also has an exit to the private back patio with a spectacular view of the red mountain. The full guest bathroom is located just across the hall from the guest bedroom and it has a tub/shower combination.
The large, gourmet kitchen is stocked with all cookware and dishes needed to prepare delicious meal along with a spice rack. A Keurig coffee maker is provided along with a drip style coffee maker just in case you'd prefer that style.
The laundry room has a washer/dryer and laundry soap and an exit to the 2 car attached garage.
The master bedroom, guest bedroom and great room all have ceiling fans along with good, responsive central air conditioning and forced air heating.
There is a linen closet with extra towels, pool towels and sheets for convenience.
A good quality, always cleaned bbq is located in the garage always ready to be fired up, perhaps after a fun day of hiking and sightseeing.
Unlike most vacation home management companies, we have an on-site office that is staffed during the day. We are available 24/7 by text, phone or email.

About Lem Lucia
Our family moved from the beach area in Southern California in 1993 to amazing St. George and haven't looked back. We love St. George and are excited to share this beautiful area with everyone that comes to visit! We live full time in the Entrada area and think it's the prettiest area in all of St. George. Living in Entrada allows us to be available anytime our guests have a question or need assistance.

Why stay in a motel/hotel, when you can stay in our impeccably clean, comfortable and private home and make a meal if you'd like or take a nap in the privacy of your own bedroom after a fun day of hiking Snow Canyon or Zion Park. After your nap and dinner, why not take in a Broadway caliber show or concert in Tuacahn's one of a kind amphitheater in the evening. Unlike many of the "vacation homes" in the St. George area, our home is legally zoned and you won't be at risk for getting "shut down" by HOA's or the city before your vacation stay. Our home is conveniently located in the heart of 'Color Country' within 5 minutes of Tuacahn Amphitheater and Snow Canyon State Park. We are right next to miles of paved hiking and biking trails and fun, quaint shopping in downtown Santa Clara and Kayenta's Coyote Gultch and AWAY from the hustle and bustle of other area vacation home communities.

We love this property because it's in a peaceful and quiet, gated community of only 6 Entrada homes. We are conveniently located as a home base for day trip adventures to abundant outdoor attractions that Utah has to offer inlcuding many state and national parks such as Zion and Snow Canyon. Snow Canyon State Park is a beautiful place to hike, bike, climb, picnic, take a scenic drive or play in the sand dunes and is only 5 minutes away. Downtown Santa Clara is 5 minutes away and has some great local restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market. Kayenta which includes Coyote Gultch shopping, art gallery, restaurant/coffee shop (Xetava Gardens) is about a 10 minute drive. Tuacahn Center For The Performing Arts is located in an unbelievable setting and has entertaining and Broadway caliber shows and concerts is just minutes away from this home. The brand new, gourmet grocery store, Harmon's is less than a mile west on Pioneer Parkway; close enough to walk or bike if you want to grab some lunch or a few groceries. Outside your front door is great hiking, biking, walking or you can just relax by the community pool and hot tub. There is a restroom located at the pool for your convenience. There's a beautiful view out the back towards Red Mountain. The home is very spacious for 4 people with a beautiful, upgraded kitchen and an open comfortable Great Room. The clean, 2 car attached garage is a safe and convenient place to store your bikes (toys) unlike a hotel room. You can wash and dry your clothes in the comfort of your home without having to go to a coin operated facility. We also offer free passes to 24/7 Elevation Fitness and Sand Hollow Aquatic Club. Just let us know prior to you arrival, and we'll have your passes ready for you to enjoy.

What a wonderfull place!
We had the chance to stay in Villa 5 at Sand Point for three weeks this April What a place!
We love this home. The view is fantastic, it is quiet and calm. You can sit on your own terrace in a total privacy watching the sunset every day.
The villa is very comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished – we felt like home. We really like the fire place. It is an unforgettable place to stay on vacation.
And the way to reach the pool across the street is not a problem at all.
We are happy to find a well equipped kitchen with all the gadgets you need when cooking.
And the grocery store Harmon’s is “just around the corner”. It’s the best grovery store ever.
There is so much to do for hiking: Snow Canyon State Park, Kayenta, Gunlock, Pine Valley, Zion National Park, Valley of Fire in Nevada and a lot more. You need much more time than threee weeks to explore all the sights.
We will be back next spring to enjoy another wonderful stay at Santa Clara.

Excellent vacation rental
This was our second time here, each for 2 months in winter. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable, quiet, and well located. Now with new TVs in each room, almost nothing needs to be added or changed (maybe a better reading light in living room?) Great for having friends visit, with nice guest bedroom and bath. Master bedroom and bath both large and comfortable. Great bed! And Lem is an excellent property manager.

Comfortable, quiet, beautiful
We've been staying in Lava Cove/Sand Point for years. Condos always in great shape. Location is excellent. Washer/dryer and garage very convenient for extended stay. Never feels crowded. This year the common area pool and hot tub were heated perfectly- thanks! We prefer the Sand Point (North) side of the road- it feels a little more private, with the lava fields out back. 5E was a great unit- still afternoon sun, but less road noise when sitting out on the patio than 6F (on the end.)

Athletic couples heaven
If you like to bike and run this rental is absolutely perfect! The cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at! Prime location to hundreds of miles of trails and bike trails! We stayed here for the St George Marathon! We also went to snow canyon, Zion National Park, and red cliff recreation area. This was absolutely the perfect place to stay! Our first time to Utah and we will definitely be back! Thanks Lem!

Lovely condo retreat
My husband and I stayed here a few nights while en route from Denver to LA. It was easy to feel at home in this lovely condo and we really appreciated how wonderfully it was furnished. Lem was readily available to answer questions or to address any concerns we had. Like other guests have reported, we too enjoyed having all the nice kitchen extras that made meal prep quick and easy. ... Have planned and look forward another stay next spring. Highly recommend!

Our vacation rental is located in the gated and private community of Lava Falls At Entrada. We are located on the scenic, west side of St. George near the Santa Clara boarder. Our comfortable home is within 5 minutes of the one of a kind, beautiful, Tuachan Amphitheater and Snow Canyon State Park; both a must see attraction. There are miles and miles of very scenic hiking and biking trails right outside our community. We are within 5 minutes of the indoor Sand Hollow Aquatic Center with its large lap pool and water park slide. There are 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes of our home as well as a Walgreen Drugstore and Pizza Factory and Anasazi Steak House restaurants. Plenty of 'fast food' like McDonald's and Wendy's are also nearby. We are located 5 minutes from downtown Santa Clara's Historic District with its quaint shopping and restaurants and pioneer museum. Kayenta's Coyote Gultch is about a 10 minute drive beyond Santa Clara and offers a fun little restaurant and coffee bar along with unique gift and local art shopping. This home is close enough to all the conveniences yet far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility if that is what you desire.
