The Space:

It's time to experience Bluewater Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! This 9th floor ocean view unit is ready for you! Nearby, you will find many restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions. Come enjoy.



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: **2 vehicle limit** Parking garage down the street from the building. 2 vehicles are allowed. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking area. Parking garage is 1 block down the street.



Entry: Complex elevator is available. 9th floor.

Note: Please be advised that Procon will be completing the final phase of remediation work on the south tower stairwell from April 15 through approximately May 6. During this time, the south tower stairwell will be temporarily out of service and unavailable for use by owners, residents, and guests, but elevators will remain fully available for use.



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to balcony! Sleeper sofa.



Bedroom: Queen bed.



Bathroom: Located in the hallway.



Balcony: Beautiful view. Incredible for sunrises!



Complex Amenities: Outdoor pool, outdoor ocean front heated pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, lazy river across the street, 2 additional pools across the street, dry sauna, pay ($) washer/dryers on site, Dilisi's Italian restaurant and bar on site, full gym fitness center (3rd floor), small game room in lobby, ocean front lobby/lounge, direct beach access, outdoor showers, seasonal ocean front tiki bar, secure parking garage, secure key card main entrance, 24 hour security on site, common area video surveillance.

Please note that the Villa II spa is currently closed for motor repairs, and its heat will remain off until spring.



Beach: Direct access from the complex! A couple beach chairs in the condo!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



A/C: A/C and heat. Set the temperature to your desired level!



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex amenities.

The complex, Bluewater Resort, is located near the heart of Myrtle Beach.

🎡 Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is about 2 miles.

🎡 SkyWheel Myrtle Beach is about 2.8 miles.

🌊 Myrtle Beach State Park is about 4.6 miles.



In addition, Ripken Experience is 5.7 miles and the MB Convention Center is 3.5 miles.



Getting Around:

Guests will have 2 parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 2nd Wednesday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
