Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite – First Floor)
Drift off in a plush king bed with a 65” Roku TV, dresser, and nightstands. Enjoy the convenience of a private ensuite bathroom for a true retreat experience.

Bedroom 2 (First Floor)
Another spacious king bedroom with a 65” Roku TV, dresser, nightstands, and a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work or quiet planning. The nearby bathroom functions almost like a private ensuite.

Bedroom 3 (Second Floor)
Unwind in a cozy king bedroom featuring a 65” Roku TV, dresser, and nightstands, with easy access to the shared upstairs bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room – Second Floor)
A kid (and kid-at-heart) favorite! This fun-filled room features two full-over-full bunk beds sleeping up to 8, a 65” Roku TV, bean bags, dresser, and a small kids’ book collection ideal for sleepovers and laughter.

The home includes 2 full bathrooms, one on each level. Both are sparkling clean and fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, fresh towels, and all essentials to make your stay effortless and comfortable.

☆☆ KITCHEN & RELAXING AREAS ☆☆
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals for large groups. Start mornings with the Keurig coffee maker that uses pods and ground beans and gather around one of several dining options.

Indoor dining seats up to 19–21 guests, with a main dining table for 14–16 and a cozy kitchen nook for 5.

Relax in the spacious living room with a large sectional, 75” TV, and shuffleboard. Upstairs, the game room boasts pool, foosball, arcade games, bar seating, and a 75” TV, while the poker room offers cards, shuffleboard, bar seating, and a 65” TV for late-night fun.

Step into your private 0.3-acre resort-style backyard - the true highlight of this home. Enjoy nearly 1,000 sq ft of patio space plus open yard areas designed for entertainment and relaxation.

Take a dip in the year-round heated pool, soak in the 6-person hot tub, challenge friends to mini-golf, or unwind by the fire pit with 8 loungers. Grill up meals on the gas BBQ and dine outdoors with seating for 14. The fenced yard offers privacy, safety, and room for everyone to enjoy.

Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

**ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL**
Our pool can be heated year round, however depending on the outside temperatures during your stay, it could be more difficult to heat during January and February's coldest temperatures. Thank you for understanding.

While the pool won’t reach hot-tub temperatures, the pool is maintained at 86º degrees November to April/May. Our pool team comes to take care of the home on Thursday or Friday.

On the coldest days of the year our pool may not reach set temperature due to the extreme cold.

*We provide pool heating at $150 for the first day, and $100 for each other day you'd like the pool heat on. This will need to be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance and pool heat request paid prior to arrival.


RULES

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we will just ask for a picture.

Pet Fee is $200 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces, or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
