Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Out of respect for neighbors please keep noise levels to a minimum.
PARKING - FREE IN DESIGNATED LOT
Free parking is available in association parking lot. Only park in designated areas. Do not block green trash dumpster.
PETS - 2 DOGS MAX - MUST BE ON BOOKING
Dogs are the only pets allowed. Pets must be declared on the reservation. Pets must be kept on leash at all times while outdoors. Guests with pets must clean up after their pets. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if additional cleanup is required due to pets. NO PETS IN POOL AREA.
CONTACT - ADD A VALID PHONE NUMBER
Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
SMOKING/VAPING - NO MARIJUANA, VAPE, CIGARETTE, ETC
No smoking of any kind - cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc - a minimum $250 fee will be charged for odor removal if the property smells of smoke, or if any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. Marijuana is illegal and not permitted anywhere on the grounds.
*neighbors will promptly call police if anyone is seen smoking marijuana on site
POOL - REGISTERED GUESTS WELCOME
Registered guests may used the pool and outdoor bathrooms. Follow all posted rules. Pool towels provided. No loud music, parties, food, drink. Children must be with an adult at all times. No pets.
Make sure gates and doors are closed at all times. Registered guests only - no visitors.
GRILL - REGISTERED GUESTS WELCOME
Registered guests may use the grill and picnic area. Fire should be monitored at all times. Guests must clean up all trash and tidy furniture. Fire should be thoroughly soaked when finished. NO GRILLING ON UNIT PATIO
OCCUPANCY - NO VISITORS,
8 REGISTERED GUESTS MAX
The maximum occupancy in this property is 8 people. Any guests not declared on the reservation that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED ON PROPERTY!
NO GATHERINGS ON PROPERTY!
CHECK OUT - PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly.
Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10 AM check out time unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $350, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
No Home Births on property!
Additional HOA Policies:
- no extension cords may be run to outside
- be respectful of noise levels in common areas at all times
Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
