Walking distance to Back Bay (.3 miles), University of Southern Maine (.2 miles), Deering Oaks Park (.75 miles), Portland's Arts district (1.4 miles) and Portland's Old Port (1.7 miles). Uber and Lyft is prevalent in Portland if you would like to hitch a ride as well.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is widely available! A new bike share is within a quarter mile walk!
Other Things to Note:
This home is over 100 years old. While extra insulation has been added, you may still hear occasional footfalls from the family in the unit below.
