The overall house and sleeping arrangements were great. You can't beat the location either being central to Portland and right near the water. The owner was very responsive and was very accommodating to the small issues we had during the stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Portland.

This place is a truly great stay -- fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space, comfortable bedrooms, and off-street parking. The backyard is shared and fenced in, but if you are bringing your dogs, the house instructions state that they aren't allowed to use it, which was kind of a bummer for us and I wish that would have been noted in the listing description.

This is a great place to stay with gorgeous ocean views and a fenced in back yard. This is a great location that’s very comfortable and homey. I highly recommend this property.

Cute little getaway

This property was perfect for our visit; 5m walk to the eastern promenade, 5m to The Front Room, and a super short drive to the Old Port. There was plenty of space in the apartment, and a cute little yard with a patio and fire pit (which we didn’t use because of the rain), as well as easy access to the neighborhood for walking dogs. The owner was very easy to get in contact with, and the neighbors were super nice.

Peaceful Staycation

I live in Maine, only about 20 minutes from Portland, but my two best friends live a few hours away, in opposite directions. We met here with no other plans aside from spending quality time together. We crocheted, played board games, and walked the dogs around the eastern prom. The weather was terrible the whole weekend, but it did not dampen our spirits! We had everything we needed, including a French press! I was so grateful to find this dog friendly spot for us, thanks so much!

Location, location, location!

Enjoyed this Portland get-away, just minutes from everything we wanted to see! Property manager’s communications were excellent during our stay. The parking spaces were convenient. While we did not need to bring our fur baby, it should be noted that pets are asked to be walked to the park area down the block to do their business instead of using the fenced yard.

Very Cute, Great Location

The house was very cute and had everything one needs. The lockbox is very low on the outside porch. It was difficult to see and open but with the help of the neighbor we were able to get it opened. Other than that everything was great. Great Location and very enjoyable area of Portland.

All the comforts of home

The place was perfect! It was cozy and had everything we needed and the location was perfect! We took our dog for a walk in the morning and the afternoon at the park which was so close. Would definitely stay here again!

This is always my first choice for accommodations when traveling to Portland. The host is truly a super host, easy to contact and very responsive. The location/neighborhood is ideal! The accommodations are terrific, and always clean.

Great Location - Charming Home

Charming home in quiet neighborhood. For us the location was perfect - two blocks from the ocean on the Eastern Prom. Enjoyed outdoor activity (jogging/walking the surrounding trails) and the beautiful sunrises and autumn foliage while also within walking distance to the bustling Old Port restaurants, shopping and tours. Highly recommend.

Great location! Perfect size for a family!

The location was absolutely perfect - close to the promenade and like a 5 minute drive to the heart of Portland. Nice neighborhood feel. Brought our dog - space was perfect for her - cute little yard in the back. Parking space is perfect as well. Rooms were cozy and clean. Beds super comfortable. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Great location

Property is located in an excellent neighborhood. Getting in and out of the parking spot is sketchy when The neighbor is parked in front of his garage. Well stocked with paper products and cooking utensils getting luggage up and down the steps was a bit of a challenge. Great neighbors
