The pictures of the place looked really nice. There were some issues that was unacceptable for us. Parking! I changed vehicles because of the carport height. Then when I get there, there was no parking pass available. We had to park on the street which was 0.2 miles away. Thank the good Lord I didn't take our bigger vehicle because there were no spaces available. I had to squeeze in for the space that we did find for our compact car. There was no window or venting system for the master bathroom. The master bed was not comfortable, way too firm. However, the kids loved the twin beds because there was foam mattress topping. It is a cute place, if you want to walk upstairs. It does meet the standard needs. Will we stay again, no. It's unbelievable that there are still people who do not know how to use a Keurig machine, they opened the cup instead of letting the needle do its job and coffee grinds were everywhere, including the left pod. Not sure how long it was left there. Host was available each time I reached out, which was very nice. Thank you

I’m very sorry to hear about the parking situation and the inconvenience it caused. I understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after planning around vehicle size. I’ll be reviewing this to make sure clearer instructions and solutions are in place for future guests. I also apologize for the issues you experienced with the master bed and bathroom ventilation.
