Awesome house!

Great location, large bedrooms, renovated kids room with bunks, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful sunset views. We have been to Fripp Island many times and this house quickly became one of our favorites.

Great Place

The House was perfect for grown adults or even kids. It's a fantastic location and easy ride to anything you want to get to on the Island. The view overlooking the Marsh daily was so pleasant. I will certainly re-book the same location in 2025.

Fripp Family Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. There were several minor things wrong, but the property managers handled those things quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay at this house again.

This was our 5th stay on Fripp. While we have loved every visit, this house was our favorite, yet. It was better than described. Very well stocked kitchen and the beach gear exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in. We had a very minor issue with the door latch, and the host had it repaired before we returned from the beach the afternoon that we reported it! The hosts were incredible. This house is a dream. I only wish we could’ve stayed 2 weeks instead of 1. My family of 6 had more space than we needed!! My boys each got a room with their own bath, and my girls shared the bunk room and LOVED IT! The marsh views were dreamy and made for the perfect sunrise spot to wake up to on my 40th birthday. My kids enjoyed chipping and putting on the hole that’s directly behind the house (after the paid golfers were done of course!!). We were glad we purchased amenity cards, as the kids loved the pools and especially enjoyed the food truck courtyard by the clubhouse. We also all enjoyed the cards and games the hosts stocked in the house. This stay would be very hard to top!!

We absolutely loved our stay and our trying to book again for next year. The only issue we had was the front bedroom did not get cool. It remained warm/hot the entire stay. My daughter, son-n-law and grandson stayed in that room this year and with multiple fans blowing they managed. But would love to know when we come next year that is not an issue.Even with that, we are planning to come back next year and truly enjoyed everything about home! Location was excellent!

Wonderfully place for entire family

I brought my whole family here for a long weekend and they enjoyed the home and it’s comforts immensely. Access to the beach and amenities was wonderful and the house had everything that was needed.

Gorgeous Home

This is a gorgeous home that was perfect for our us and our extended family. We enjoyed watching the golfers come through from the back porch. Would stay here again!

Annual Family Vacation at Fripp

The property managers were very responsive & helpful. The layout was perfect for our family. The location & views of the golf course & marsh were amazing! Like every rental property, a few things could be better but we enjoyed our stay & plan to rent it again next year.

Beautiful beautiful home.

Beautiful home, stunning views and sunsets! Housekeeper changed sheets but nothing more. Trash was all over floor in one room, puzzles and games were left out, nothing vacuumed or counters wiped down. We helped to clean it. We would love to rent again but I wold def talk to cleaning crew:( Beautiful home and we had a wonderful vacation!

Great location

This house blew our expectations out of the water! Super quiet street which we loved. The screened in sunroom has such a nice breeze it’s a great spot to relax during any part of the day. Any questions we had or issues bj the property manager handled quickly. We will be back!!

Amazing house and views

We come to Fripp every year and this property is hands down one of the best places to vacation in!!! Views of the golf course and marsh right in the backyard, lots of deer and majestic birds to see as well. The house itself is AMAZING!!! We felt like we were back home in our own house...that is who cozy this home is!!! The kitchen is huge with 2 story ceilings, a sunken living room, dining room that seats 8 people 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all huge! The master bath has a sauna in the shower which we didn't even know when we booked this property. The back deck is very large and great for grilling out and eating while watching the tides roll in or watch the golfers while having breakfast. Property is almost at the end of the cul-de-sac so hardly any traffic in this area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and baking dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. No need to bring anything for cooking! Even comes with a blender! The screened in porch in the back was one of our favorite spots for early morning and late evening relaxing! This will be our "go to" property every year now at Fripp! We absolutely loved our stay here!!!!

Great family vacation

Loved the setup of the home. Plenty of room for our whole family. The pull out couch was not clean at all with lots of stains. The lights in bathroom were out and kitchen but property manager came right over to fix when we called. There were also not enough linens such as blankets and sheets for the beds. Overall we had a great family vacation and with a few minor changes this place would be more than perfect. Would rent again

Nice floor plan/view. Needs serious TLC

Checkin ez and quick. Unloading food items overwhelmed by fish odor in refrigerator. Not cleaned well and no baking soda or other deodorizer and it took 24 hrs to get any. Separate ice maker not working, one eye on range not working. Need more baking pans and mixer doesn’t work. Views are great we spent lots of time on deck and grilling. Tv in den so small (36 inches or less) and very old technology not visible from across the room too small for room size. Never got cable to work?? Did have nice dining area for meals and games. Sheets need to be replaced very thin. Laundry room Is great and conveniently located. Overall floor plan is great and we enjoyed using golf cart to explore Fripp. Bought amenity cards and used pools daily, also used tennis courts but did not receive a discount on $26 /hr rate. Repair broken appliances, replace tv and stained furniture in master bedroom and linens and give the entire house a deep cleaning. This would greatly enhance your guests stay and change a 3 star to a 5 star experience

sorry about the shrimp/ fish smells it does happen here at the coast with guest preparing there own meals and buying seafood from local markets which I can't blame them for that. Sorry it did take until the next morning got the baking soda but after the phone call around 8:30 that evening we had to go to closest store Wal Mart 45 minutes from island. The TV is a 45 inch flat screen and we weren't made aware of the stove having a burner out until last week and got it taken care of you never even let me know until now a month later from your stay we can't fix if we aren't told. The home was deep cleaned in spring then cleaned best can be done in the five hour window before next guest. They were at that time installing all new high speed internet and cable over the whole island so that could have been what was affecting your service no complaints since

Loved this house, but...

Great house! We will definitely stay here next year. Our only complaint was the bedding, towels, and mattresses. The mattress in the Master bedroom was great, but the other three bedrooms...not so much. There were no mattress covers on the beds. When the sheets came loose, there were urine stains on the mattresses, which was just gross! We ended up putting down towels and the comforter and just slept on that. I hope by next year, they will either be new mattresses or at least waterproof covers on them. The towels were old and worn. However, we called the property manager, who handled it right away and delivered newer and nicer towels. This is a nice house and has all the amenities needed for a family of 12 (with small children). Beds just need a little improvement.... Also...the advisement states that a golf cart is included... it was not. We have to rent them.

Nice home with great views

Superb!

From the moment I drove up to this house, I could tell I was going to love it! The views were stunning! When I walked in, I couldn't believe my eyes! The kitchen was beautiful! It was very well appointed and everything we needed was there! The living area was very comfortable and big enough for all of my family to be seated comfortably. The screened porch and the deck were a huge plus as we spent quite a lot of time there. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable with all the conveniences of home. The owners went to great lengths to make sure their guests were comfortable and the property manager is on the island. The area in which the house is located is quiet, but not too far from the beach. It's a short golf cart ride to the beach. We can't wait to rent this house again next year!

The Perfect Vacation Spot

I have stayed in this elegant home twice and enjoyed both stays. I loved the beautiful palmetto trees and the saltwater marshes surrounding the house. My family and I liked how the golf course, marina, pool, and beach were just a short walk away. This home is situated towards the back of the island, which gives it a very peaceful atmosphere. The screened-in porch was the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day in the sun, and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off sandy feet. Our stays here have been wonderful, and we can’t wait to be back!
