Located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this remodeled, 1,020 sq. ft. penthouse. Managed by Easy Vacation Services.

Perfect for families and multi-couple getaways. This smaller condo complex has a lot to offer!

The contemporary decor of this welcoming living space pairs nicely with captivating scenes of the coast below. It is the perfect match for your much-anticipated Island vacation! With a glass of wine or your favorite beverage, spend time soaking in the coastal ambiance from the lovely private balcony.

The Master suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and access to the private balcony. The attached private bathroom has a fully remodeled walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features two twin beds (sleeps 2) and an attached remodeled private bathroom, with a shower/tub combo. Also, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully upgraded and equipped large kitchen! For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can swim in our swimming pool. Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 60ml bottle of olive oil, mini salt and pepper shakers, 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies.

Wonderful Stay

We loved the location and how short a walk to the beach we had. This area is less crowded than Destin. We really enjoyed the balcony and the gorgeous view. The unit is exactly as described and pictured. Highly recommend.

Great Location!

Perfect location right on the beach. Quiet and the beach is not over crowded. The Condo is roomy and is exactly like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved it!!!!

We would definitely stay here again. Super close to the beach. Also, the balcony is very large and we ate many meals together out there. Condo is super nice and stocked well. We will be back!

Beautiful property

We were there for a baseball tournament and we were either at the ball park or the beach. But when I was there I could not leave the balcony with its view. We had a really great time at your condo. Sumerlin 602

Beautiful & Easy Spot!

Ease of access to a prime location with enchanting scenery and squeaky-white sand. Modern apartment, well maintained, and a step away from the beach and a heated pool - was great for Thanksgiving time of year too! We saw dolphins (AND a shark at dusk) from the water's edge. Great stuff!

Amazing! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the Stay Salty condo! We prefer a smaller condo building to the larger ones and this was perfect. The condo is spacious and beautifully updated. It even includes some extra beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie board, etc.) in case you need them. Beach area was not too crowded. Pool was basic, but kids still enjoyed it and it was clean. Having the chair service on the beach was so nice! Parking was not a problem and there were always empty spots available. The owners were easy to contact and were great with communication. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to lots of friends!

Very Satisfied!

Communication and instructions very easy to follow. Amazing view and nice respectful people seem to rent the same building. Rowdy neighbors during a trip can really ruin a relaxing get away, so that's a big positive. The AC worked great and it was hot! If I had anything negative to say I would have to really just nit pick things. On second thought, maybe I should say bad things so no one else rents it and I can have it all to myself..lol. Seriously, I think it's one of the better places we looked at in the area.

Excellent and beautiful Condo!

Our stay in this condo was incredible. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. My husband has major allergies so we stay in to cook mostly. The crockpot and high end blender were so helpful as well as the higher end pots and pans. It looks like the condo was recently gutted and completely redone. It was finished out beautifully with high end finishes. It is harder to find a NICE and UPDATED condo right on the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable too. If I could give this condo 10 stars I would. You can go directly to easyvacationservices.com to book and save the vrbo fees. ;) We will do that next time. =)

Clean and conveniently located

The building: Conveniently located on Santa Rosa, close to shops and restaurants, 10-15 min drive to the closest Target/grocery stores/pharmacy/gas station/aquarium/attractions, yet still tucked away enough from the daily operation noises of the area. The building itself was okay, the stairs were not lit and it's quite dark, the elevator was super slow and needed ventilation. The pool was well maintained and in great shape. There were plenty of parking spots. The unit: The unit looked and felt clean, the only area we found sand was inside the laundry room but it's not a big deal. The unit came with a portable cooler, paddles boards, beach ball, and toys to build sand castles like buckets and sholves. All the appliances were functioning perfectly and were in clean condition. Plenty of dishes and plates for those who want to cook. Definitely need to bring your own condiments and sauces if you need more the salt and pepper, but that was already mentioned so we came prepared - we also brought laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. I wish the shower heads were removable - it would have made showering the little ones easier but that's a personal perference and did not take away from the function of the bathrooms. I loved that it came with an ironing board and iron, and they made the broom and vaccum accessible. The sleeper sofa is from American Leather, which makes top of the line sleepers and it showed! We have just ordered the exact one for our guest room! There were plenty of chairs/lounging space, despite being a small unit, our family of six did not feel cramped during our week long stay. The beach: Private section of the beach that came of the unit included an umbrella and two chairs as part of the beach service. The attendant was polite and helpful, and to rent additional chairs was $35/day. The unit had one beach folding chair with it which we made use of. The area was not nearly as busy as other beaches we saw during our stay, which we could appreciate. The drawback: Our unit and, from what we observed, most if not all the other units did not allow smoking, even in the balcony, given the signs posted everywhere. However, the unit next to us and someone below us were definitely smoking (tobacco and more) almost every day/night during our stay, which made it difficult for our family to enjoy what the balcony had to offer. We just ended up taking our relaxation inside. Overall it was a fun vacation and we appreciate CareySue and her crew!

Perfect Getaway

We just returned from a week in this beautiful condo! You can tell it has been recently renovated and the attention-to-detail is perfect! We had such quick responses from the hosts and even a sweet surprise when we arrived. The location couldn't be better. The condominium complex is on the smaller side, which we REALLY like. The beach was less crowded than other places we've stayed and just steps away from the parking garage. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. No complaints at all!

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful experience from booking to checkout. Communication from the owner was fantastic. The complex was on the smaller side which was nice. Parking was easy and ample. Beach access was a breeze. The unit was spotless and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was large with an excellent view. Okaloosa Island is a great alternative to Destin - much more quaint and laid back. I highly recommend this particular unit and the area.
