Important Information
We want to ensure you have a wonderful and safe stay. Please note the following:
- This is a completely smoke-free property.
- Stairs are required to access the full property. The studio bedroom, along with its full kitchen and full bath are located on the ground floor, where no stairs are required. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, the living area and kitchen are located on the third floor, and the lofted bedroom is above the third floor kitchen.
- For your peace of mind, the unit is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.
- There is no A/C. This is typical of homes in the area, as summer temperatures are mild, rarely rising about the mid-70s.
- No parties: quiet hours are enforced
- For guest security, an outdoor camera monitors the front parking area. No cameras are located inside the property.
