This new space in the carriage house features comfortable theater seating, a huge 75" Streaming TV, Playstation5 console & Pac-Man arcade game! It's be a great place to hang out after a day at the beach -- there's even an adjacent kitchenette with a small refrigerator for beverages, sink, microwave (popcorn anyone?) and a drip coffee maker. Children and adults will love it!
As our guest, you'll enjoy PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you each day of your stay. It's a hassle-free beach experience - enjoy the beach in this private roped-off area, away from the public beach crowds! Your entire group can also set up other chairs behind the rental chairs in this private beach area. You can also rent additional chairs/umbrellas, as available. (March-October 2025)

MAIN HOUSE, 1st FLOOR
Everyone will feel right at home when you gather in the inviting open spaces on the first floor of this amazing home. You'll love the leather sectional and comfortable chairs so you can sit and watch the TCL Roku Smart TV above the fireplace. There is a dining table that seats 12, with lots of extra seating at the kitchen bar. The custom kitchen has been completely remodeled with custom cabinets, quartz counters and marble backsplash. This space boasts beautiful flooring, stainless steel appliances and a roomy pantry and most everything you'll need to prepare favorite meals for your crowd. It also comes equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils. There's a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, a blender, toaster, and even a crockpot.
KING Bedroom #1 with attached Bathroom
You'll appreciate having this large, comfortable bedroom on the first floor of the main house. There is a dresser and walk-in closet for storage, as well as a flat screen TV and direct access to the backyard pool. The high windows allow for both light and privacy and the well-appointed attached bathroom features a large vanity, commode and beautiful tile tub/shower combination. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.

A beautiful KING BED is the centerpiece of this extra- large private suite. The sleeping area includes nightstands and reading lamps and the seating area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, a chair, and a cabinet with a large TV. You'll appreciate the double closets, ATTACHED PRIVATE BATH, and the private access to the spacious front balcony with comfortable seating. The updated luxury bathroom features double sinks, a large custom shower, and a private commode room.

Guests in this lovely bedroom will appreciate the KING BED, nightstands with reading lamps, a large dresser, and your own TV. The archway leads to your closets and the ATTACHED PRIVATE BATHROOM which features a large vanity, commode and tile tub/shower combination.
TRIPLE QUEEN Bedroom with Private Ensuite Bathroom
Children, teens, and adults alike love this great room with 3 QUEEN BEDS. There are nightstands and lamps, as well as a closet and dresser so you can unpack and make yourself at home. You'll find a TV in here, as well as an ATTACHED PRIVATE BATHROOM which features a vanity with storage, a walk-in shower and a private commode room.
CARRIAGE HOUSE – 1st FLOOR
NEW GAMING & THEATER ROOM features comfortable leather recliners and a huge 75" streaming TV - it's a great place to hang out after a day at the beach! There's also a Playstation5 console with two controllers, so the children (and adults) can play video games or watch favorite movies. There's even a Pac-Man arcade game!
KING Bedroom #4 with attached shared bathroom
This lovely bedroom features a comfortable KING BED, a roomy closet and a bedside table with a reading lamp. You can relax here with the HDTV. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the closet. The attached bathroom is also accessible from the new game room. It features a vanity, commode and tub/shower combination. A convenient kitchenette features a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, and drip coffeemaker.
CARRIAGE HOUSE – 2nd FLOOR
This space has an outdoor entrance near the pool and is the perfect spot for a couple or small family to enjoy some space for themselves. You enter into a spacious open living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a chair, and a large TV. There is a high-top table and chairs next to the convenient kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave and drip coffeemaker.
KING Bedroom #5 with ensuite bathroom
This beachy bedroom features a lovely KING BED with two nightstands and lamps. There's also a wicker armoire with TV and an extra chair. The bathroom has a vanity with storage, commode and nice tub/shower combination.
BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE POOL AND DECK AREA
You'll find the private, professionally maintained swimming pool nestled between the main house and the carriage house. The pool is approx. 12' x 20' and it's all yours – enjoy it! The pool can be heated in cooler months for $40/day. There's room to enjoy the Destin sunshine on lounge chairs or you can relax at the table with an umbrella. There's a large natural gas grill too, for when you want to cook outside. Enjoy some poolside games of cornhole, basketball or ping pong too!
For the safety of your children, there are alarms on all exterior doors leading directly to the pool.
PERFECT BEACH LOCATION
The house is less than a block from the Tarpon Street beach access. We provide a cart with beach chairs and an umbrella, so you can roll your gear to the beach with ease.
This home is in the heart of Crystal Beach, a quiet, walkable neighborhood with white picket fences and easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities in Destin. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is less than a half mile away. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fishbowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. Local favorite, Camille's, is an easy walk around the corner and The Crab Trap is about a mile east. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go parasailing all within walking distance. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”

House Rules:
Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Max 20 guests, 16 adults maximum.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Pets: Dog-friendly with prior approval and $300 pet fee per dog. Limit 1–2 dogs only.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or carriage house.
Parking: Park only in the driveway. No street parking.
Private Beach Access: Use only the designated chairs and umbrellas. Personal setups must stay behind rental chairs.
Golf Cart Use: Complimentary 6-passenger golf cart provided. Follow all local and golf cart safety laws.
Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. No glass in or around the pool. Pool heat available for an extra fee.
Gaming & Theater Room: Treat equipment with care. Please supervise young children.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Grilling: Clean the gas grill after use.
Trash: Bag and dispose of trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock all doors and windows when leaving.
