This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Abu Dhabi Culture & Tourism Department to register you as a guest.

HOUSE RULES
Noise levels must be kept strictly low during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time;
Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-9AM;
No smoking allowed; This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, tobacco or any kind
Pets are not allowed in this Property.
Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the allocated parking space, in the garage, or in designated parking areas.
Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated;
If the neighbors are disturbed, Royal Holiday Homes reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund;
No alcohol may be consumed poolside and no glass containers may be used near the pool (if the property has a pool).
Guest must maintain all property and furnishings in good order; Do not move any furniture. Guest may only use appliances for their intended use;
Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property; Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed-upon occupancy limit; If you have any extra guests, kindly let us know right away to avoid any extra charge
Guests may not send packages to the house they are renting;
Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home;
All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter.
All trash must be taken out and placed in the onsite bear box. Failure to do so will result in a fine of AED 500,
Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time
