Whether you are a resident of Florida or not you will enjoy all the luxuries this spacious 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath Pool home has to offer. This home is located in a upscale community and is close to beautiful parks and beaches. This home offers a screen enclosed pool along with a enclosed sun room to enjoy the outdoors without being outside. Private conservation rear. Enjoy grilling on the outside grill while swimming in the pool.

THIS REMODELED home has a full kitchen that is fully equipped for those who choose to cook anything you might want. The family room opens into the covered patio area for your relaxing T.V. or movie nights. WIFI Connection. The dining room seats 4 and the eat-in island kitchen seats 4. The master bedroom has a queen bed with 2 large dressers, 2 closets and private bath, the second bedroom has queen bed, dresser and walk-in closet. The third bedroom features 2 single beds, dresser and closet The linen closet is fully stocked with towels and linens. There are also beach towels, beach chairs for your convenience.

After a relaxing day at the beach come home and take a swim in the full size pool or sit out on the screen patio and enjoy all of the wildlife in your conservation backyard. You couldn't ask for a better location. Located within 15 minutes you are in Historical Tarpon Springs known for the sponge docks and Greek Cuisine.

Within 30 minutes you are in Tampa home of the Tampa Bay Bucs and spring training for the New York Yankees. Hard Rock Casino is also located in Tampa. Nearby are 5 public beaches within less then 45 minutes. One of them, Caladesi Island was named one of top 10 in the country. We are 1 1/2 hours away from Orlando and all its theme parks. Lets not forget Busch Gardens Theme Park in Tampa along with Adventure Island water park. Both of these parks are a short 45 minute car ride. You are minutes away from all the chain restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and shopping you could ever want. All you need is your personal belongings.

Best equipped rental we ever stayed in. Great kitchen, beach towels, bikes, good WI Fi . The beach is pretty, pool too cool to use in Jan feb.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our son and family live nearby so it was a perfect home for visiting. Mary Jane was very helpful and has the home fully equipped for comfort and convenience. We expect to stay again next spring.

Relaxing atmosphere

Roomy, clean, attractive house. Close to the private beach and a number of good restaurants in the area. The only think we could have wished for was for the pool to be heated because of the unreliable weather in January.

Comfortable, affordable house

We have been renting houses for four years now and this house in New Port Richey has been the best so far. Very comfortable furnishings and home like atmosphere. So relaxing to sit by the pool and eat in the enclosed porch. Nice neighborhood to walk in and private beach near by to watch sunsets.

family vacation

My family and I had a great time at the home. There was plenty of things to do to keep the young ones entertained and plenty of opportunity to relax for the young at heart. The house had everything we needed. Each time we thought of somethings that we wished we had, we found it somewhere in the house. It is close to the beach, shops, groceries, local and chain restaurants. Highly recommend this vacation spot.

Pool vacation home

We have been vacationing to this area of Florida for 5 years now, and this has been the best home that we have rented. The pool was great (to cold to swim) and very relaxing. The kitchen and breakfast area was perfect to catch up on news. The listing photos accurately described the rental property. It was very clean. I highly recommend this home because it is off the main highway and not to far from points of interest in the area.

First timers

It is a very nice, roomy home. Owner is so nice to work with. There is tons of room-3 bedrooms, 1pull out sofa, an air mattress, and them there is a formal living room. The place has everything you would ever need or want. It is right at 2 miles to drive to the private beach. The beach is rather small.

What a great time

We loved the house!! It was beautiful, immaculate, and nearby to many attractions. The private beach was absolutely beautiful! The house came with everything, all we needed was to bring clothes. The location was perfect for our base camp. So much to do in the area, from driving up to crystal river to go kayaking with manatees to driving down to clear water and st Pete to go snorkeling and deep sea fishing. Close to tarpon springs and the sponge docks too. We will definitely be back to make many more memories.

Family Fun

Great home with everything we needed in a great location! So much room inside and awesome pool for all to enjoy. House was very clean and kitchen stocked with all we needed. Kids were excited to find a games in the closet, that was a bonus. We ran out of time and didn't get to use the bikes this trip, maybe next trip... :)

Great Value

Like last year, we stayed a month again. Reviews are correct, & we enjoyed being close to friends we made last year. Nothing has changed. Location is perfect, as is everything else. Tim & Mary Jane are great people to deal with. Found new restaurants to enjoy & rented a boat for a few days.. Can't get much better for the cost VS value!!

Amazing trip

We had the best vacation our family has ever had! Mary was very helpful and gave us some great suggestions on things to do locally. The property was more than we could have hoped for!!! The kids loved everything about the home. Especially the pool!!! We hope to vacation here again! We were close enough to Orlando to do a day at Sea World and one at Universal. Comfort an Value

we had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and comfortable, All we did was bring clothing and buy a few groceries. The community is near many attractions, at the most a 15 minute drive. The beach is maybe a 5 minute drive. We ate at Caposeys for breakfast, Red Lobster, and Captn Jacks, and all 3 were delicious. We dont care for our Red lobster where we live but was recommended to try New Port Richeys, and it was delicious. Thank You Mary Jane for everything.

Amazing Location

A wedding brought us here- but the location will bring us back again! We are so happy with this rental! This was our first experience with VRBO, but it won't be our last. The house was clean and really comfortable, spacious and quiet. The very first night, the homeowners helped us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and they were warm and helpful with everything -- all week long. The pool was great and it will be hard to go back to Chicago. Can't wait until next year.

The best Feburary

My sister, Mom and I rented Mary Jane and Tim's home on Rudder Way for the entire month, and what a good time we had. It's close to everything and there's just so much to see and do in the area. The house was spacious enough for 3 women with a well equipped and large enough kitchen for my sister, the chef, to work in. Loved those antique serving dishes. Really great trip!

My family of 6 stayed here for 6 days. The house was beautiful and there was more than enough room for family time and private time. The pictures dont do the house justice. It was more spacious than expected. The pool was a focal point for our kiddos. Beautiful decor and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was great as well! There were added touches such as board games, extra beach towels and lots of beach and pool toys. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks Mary for the advice on area attractions and being available to answer questions while giving us our privacy. Not too far from Clearwater and Florida Aquarium in Tampa was a big hit.

First time renters

We had a great time at this home, everything we had read about in the description was there, all we had to do was get groceries and move in. The neighbourhood is clean and attractive and the neighbors were friendly. The pool was a little cool but our grandchildren didn't seem to mind and spent most afternoons there. The beach access was easy with clean washrooms and covered areas with picnic tables. We used the bikes a couple of times to explore the area. There is good access to shopping, restaurants and area parks, the home diary gives lots of good tips on where previous renters have had gone. Our month here went by too fast.

Bad Review

"Bad review" since I want this place to be a well kept secret... Every review and description is true to this home. It is very well equipped, close to everything, private, good neighbors, etc.. The pool was where we spent most of our time. I was amazed at how well the home was stocked for linens, kitchen equipment, pool/beach items etc.. Neighborhood was great for a morning walk or bike ride. Starkey Park is very close for the same reasons. Tarpon Springs is great for restaurants, shopping, boating etc.. This was my first "retirement" time away from home. Would actually recommend this home to everyone (except the time we want it again). Sorry already booked it for next year!! Maryjane is a gem, very down to earth.. Didn't get to meet Tim, but there is always next year..

I am a former resident of New York City and relocated to New Port Richey in 1982 My family enjoys going to the beach, cooking out there and watching the sunsets.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area for the simple reason that it was everything you think about when you think of Florida. We decided to make this home into a retreat so others could enjoy it also. The location of my home is very family oriented peaceful far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to everything.

What makes this property unique

Most convenient is the ease of access to all amenities of shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, miniature golf and renting pontoon boats at the marina located in the front of the subdivision.Very close to many beautiful parks,golfing and beautiful beaches. A 20 minute boat ride takes you across to a tropical island. Enjoy all that my home and the area have to offer.
