Vacation apartment with private pool

Kukljica is a fishing and vacation town on the island of Ugljan, across from the picturesque city of Zadar. Kukljica has 5 restaurants, a daily market, 3 shops, a marina, playgrounds, several beaches, and beautiful coves.
Cukrov dvor is a 150-year-old stone house with a modern touch. It meets all modern needs. The house has two separate apartments: the Green Apartment and the Orange Apartment.
On the first floor, the Green Apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa and a smart TV (HBO), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
A private parking space is available for each apartment in the garden. A shared laundry room is located in the courtyard.
The house is located very close to the town center and the sea (approx. 150 m).
In the garden, shaded by olive trees, there is a swimming pool (approx. 55 m², heated water, chlorine produced by electrolysis, waterfall, massage jets, and lighting). There is a barbecue area in the garden. There are also several bicycles available for free use.
The city of Zadar can be reached by public transportation in about 45 minutes. Three national parks are located nearby (Kornati, Krka Waterfalls, and Paklenica). Kornati National Park is accessible from Kukljica by tourist boat.
