➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Please note that backyard access is not included and is off-limits, as it belongs to the main house; other than that, the guests will have full access to the entire guest house unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Only street parking is available for this unit. There is no driveway parking. Street parking is complimentary and available 24/7.

Located in the desirable Uptown Phoenix / Camelback East area, this home offers a perfect blend of quiet residential living and city convenience. You’re close to popular dining spots, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping. The Biltmore area, Arcadia, and Downtown Phoenix are just minutes away, making this an ideal location for both leisure and business travelers.



Getting Around:

Driving: Easy access to Highway 51 and I-10 for quick trips around Phoenix.



Ride-Sharing: Uber and Lyft are readily available in this area.



Airport Access: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 15 minutes away by car.



Public Transit: Nearby bus routes connect you to downtown and surrounding areas.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
