Located ten minutes from Newport and within easy reach of Narragansett’s beaches and dining, the home is designed for memorable family and group getaways.

P.S. - a few other things to note:
* Because this is also our personal home, a few clearly marked owner-use closets remain locked. We appreciate your understanding and hope you feel at home throughout your stay!
* There are several security cameras installed on the exterior of the home for safety purposes. All cameras are located outside; there are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
* Because the home is near the main road into Newport, some traffic noise may be noticeable from the patio. It generally cannot be heard inside, where the living and sleeping areas remain quiet and comfortable.
* Please remove shoes indoors. Disposable slippers are provided by the front door for your comfort.
* The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood where many of our neighbors live year-round. We kindly ask that you be mindful of noise, especially outside and in the evenings and early mornings, to help us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. In addition, by booking, you agree to follow the house guidelines below. Please note that, while we are so excited to host you, serious violations may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation:

* No parties or events.
* A maximum of four cars may be parked in the circular driveway, as required by town ordinance. Street parking in front of the home is also strictly prohibited by town ordinance.
* Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., especially outdoors.
* All garbage and recycling must fit completely inside the provided bins, as required by town ordinance.
* No smoking or vaping indoors.
* No pets.
* Please note: any municipal fines resulting from guest parking or garbage violations may be charged to the guest.
