We were so impressed with the hosts and property. Pristine condition, 5 star hotel quality. The hosts, Chris and Lisa left a welcome bag with chocolates, bottles of Saratoga, and beautiful post cards about the property. They set up a Hot Cocoa station with marshmallows & stirrers flanked by reindeer, and there was a dish of candy kisses too! 8 of us over Christmas week, age 2 to 80s. The large kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There’s an island with 4 low bar stools and another bar/counter with 4 more stools. The dining table seats 6 & 7 or 8 with the stools. The living room had a large sofa and plenty of seating and a giant Roku TV. We booted up our home You Tube channel and alternated Ed Sheeran, Andrea Bocelli Holiday videos and the Yule Log with classic carols. We catered our Christmas Eve gathering and found the flow of this home is perfect. Picture warm holiday music in the living room, a toddler playing with puzzles on the floor, adults sharing family recipes, and a group doing a Snowman Puzzle on the kitchen island. The kitchen had every flavor of coffee you can imagine, with creamers. On the main floor, there are 2 full baths with many thoughtful amenities.Each BR had 2 thirsty robes & luxury towels. The Master/primary also had a coffee station set up. In summer, imagine coffee on the deck. The downstairs-a huge sitting area with tv, elec. fireplace, bar & fridge. Ping Pong /games. Chrysalis Landing has much to offer year-round. We'll be back!
