It is fully furnished with 50" HD TV with Dish Network, Internet Access (5MB), fenced patio with BBQ, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Granite counters in Kitchen and Bathroom. Space saver microwave, dishwasher, electric range. Queen sized bed (IKEA 4 drawer under dresser) with memory foam mattress, Full Sized Sofa Sleeper with upgraded IKEA memory foam mattress in living room. The building is smoke free but smoking is OK on the outside patio. We've added radiant heat to the floors in the kitchen and bathroom to take away the winter chill! This is a nice little condo. Perfect for a couple, small family or close friends looking to get away for some skiing or wonderful summer activities in Park County and Fairplay or in Summit County.
