Get ready to relax in this centrally located in this art filled house in West Plaza. The 3 bedroom space features a queen, a full and 2 twin beds. The full bath with walk in shower is just outside your bedrooms. The half bath on the first floor provides additional convenience. The welcoming atmosphere invites you to unwind.The well stocked kitchen will let you explore your inner chef with plenty of dining seating inside and out. Only 10 minutes from downtown and even less to Westport and the Plaza means more time to eat, drink and explore all our city has to offer! You will love relaxing on the 3 tiered deck and patio. This walkable neighborhood provides many dining options as well as shopping within walking distance. Or, hop on the streetcar and you can go downtown, through the city market and all the way to the women's soccer stadium on the river.

I'm from Kansas City but have lived in Monterey and San Francisco, California, Texas and even Minnesota. I am third generation Croatian and have traveled to Croatia which I love dearly. I've also traveled to France,Italy,Greece, Barcelona and Portugal. I visited many tropical Islands as well as Mexico. I love meeting new people and seeing new cultures. I've been an Airbnb host for 14 years and I have met people from all over the world as well.

West Plaza is an older established neighborhood in the heart of Kansas City. You can be anywhere in 20 minutes. The best of the city is within five. None of the houses are the same here. They are all unique and the tree canopy allows for shaded strolls just about any time of day.
We have bodegas and art galleries as well as restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Great coffee shops too. Everyone that stays here really loves the neighborhood.

I love this hundred year old house and loved modernizing it along the way. Much of the woodwork is original and gives it that warm feeling. But what I love most is my triple level deck in the back and patio below. For 6 months of the year it is my Oasis it can be yours too.
