This property had multiple issues that significantly impacted the stay.Communication with the host was unreliable. After booking, it took about two weeks to receive a response. Upon arrival, messages were not answered, and I had to contact Vrbo support to obtain check-in details.The host stated that room and key information would be sent one hour before check-in (3 PM), but this was not provided as promised. Access details were only received after check-in time and after contacting support again.There were also basic issues with the unit. The shower was not fully clean (hair present), and no blankets were provided—only sheets on a queen size bed, which is not adequate for two adults. When this was raised with the host, no solution was offered.The location is the only positive aspect. Otherwise, the lack of communication, delayed access, and missing basic amenities made this stay below standard.Future guests may want to confirm check-in procedures and essential items (such as bedding) in advance.
