Jumping or diving from the dock or into the water is not allowed. Fireworks are prohibited. Please follow posted spa guidelines. Children are welcome but the home is not childproofed. Adult supervision is required outdoors due to the unfenced waterfront deck.

Shared Spaces:
The upper deck is shared with the adjacent property.

Pet Friendly:
One dog is welcome with a $300 nonrefundable pet fee. If you plan to bring additional dogs, please message us in advance for approval. To help us maintain the home for all guests, pets are not permitted on furniture. Evidence of pets on furniture may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Events and Extended Gatherings:
Ask about renting the neighboring property for larger gatherings or reunions.
