Gorgeous Luxury Waterfront Lakehouse

You will absolutely love this Texas style lake house situated on a private road in a small, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home features 5,870 sq. ft. of total comfort. It is supplied with all the household items you need ... utensils, soaps, shampoo, hair dryers, detergents, kitchen and bath towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, etc. WiFi and television service is also provided.

Home sleeps 18 comfortably. Your Family or group can use all 5 bedrooms, 2 bunkrooms, 6 and 1/2 baths. Also a private outside shower on the porch has Hot and Cold water. Fabulous custom kitchen with oversized refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers, double ovens, microwave, warming drawer, gas stove, ice maker and all the appliances and cookware you will ever need to fix your favorite meals. The large table seats 12 with 4 backed stools at the breakfast bar. The laundry room has a large washer, dryer and another refrigerator. The porch table seats 6 with 6 additional folding chairs available. There are also folding chairs at the boat house.

The dining area and great room are huge and look directly at the lake through eight very large windows. 12 foot ceilings with wooden beams throughout the first floor add to the beauty and openness of the home. Wait till you see the bathrooms. Large upstairs Gameroom w/ Arcade Pacman, great pool table and games for the kids to use as their own. Sit on the back porch and enjoy the built in Lynx grilling area while watching the sunset around the cozy outdoor wood burning fireplace.

The boatdock has decking that is constructed of material that will not splinter and the private outside shower on the porch has Hot and Cold water. Located on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood down a private road with lots of extra parking available on our one acre grass lot directly across the street.



This house has it all and would be a great retreat and quiet get-away for your family. You will not be disappointed!

There are two security cameras located on the exterior of the house. One is located in the front on the garage and displays the driveway as well as the lot across the street. The second camera is on the back of the house and displays the edge of the backyard and boat dock which stores our boat and jet skis.

Lease home for up to 18 people. See rate schedule below for daily rates and minimum stay requirements. Renters must be age 25 or older. We do not rent for student groups or parties.

$750 Security Deposit is required. The Security Deposit is held 14 days after checkout until satisfactory inspection. Full payment of Rent and State Occupancy Tax of 8% plus a cleaning/linen fee of $225 is due 30 days in advance of arrival.
