Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Hof.

Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung (Holz/Kohle). Internetzugang (WLAN) und Bügeleisen. Fernsehempfang erfolgt via Satellit.


Pool
Alle Pools stehen Ihnen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Außenpool (Anfang Mai bis Anfang Oktober in Betrieb 6 m x 4 m 1,5 m tief).
