Ed, This home is beautifully updated,spacious and clean. The 5 adults with me raved about the comfort of beds,to die for shower amenities are top notch. My mom and dad spent Friday out back. Each cousin had a private space. The Desert Diamond Casino and West Gate were 1.5 miles away. The neighborhood was also clean and quiet. I noticed the trash can outdoors for animal waste. This home has everything you need and is literally center of every place you want to.My only suggestions. Please for us older people,put small labels on light switches ;) . I was the youngest at 58yrs old and the others were 70/80. I had to keep instructing on what switch did what. Maybe add some small outdoor tables near the sitting areas for people's drinks and snack plates.
