You’ll enjoy the perfect location for top-tier SEC sports, performances, campus events, and outdoor adventures. Walk or bike a half-mile to Baker Creek Preserve, a yoga class, climbing gym, and restaurants. Bike, kayak, or hike Knoxville's Urban Wilderness. Fish the Tennessee River or spend the day in the Great Smoky Mountains. Rest and relax by the fire after a fun-filled day. Plenty of parking on the driveway.

We had a great stay at this pet friendly cute cottage in south knox! The property was clean and cozy and had all the things we needed for a fun weekend with our grown kids who are local to the area!It is a great location and checks a lot of boxes! Close to the university, great restaurants on the riverfront and walking distance to great hiking, bike trails and outside activities for kids!Definitely recommend this cozy cottage if you need a home away from home!

A definite five star property with five star hospitality. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne in the fridge, a local chocolate bar and a lovely note. The place was impeccably clean with lots of extras such as cozy blankets for sitting outside, large umbrellas by the door (it rained) and a nice assortment of coffee. There was even a Pac-man machine upstairs which was particularly fun and unexpected! Our hosts were responsive and attentive to detail. We will definitely book this place again on our next visit to Knoxville.

This is really more than a 5 star rental. It’s so convenient, so very, very clean and beautiful. For the price of a hotel room on a busy Knoxville weekend you get a truly comfortable house. We made two full meals there and a two more breakfasts, saving a couple hundred dollars. Also, some of our favorite food places are so nearby- Kerns Food Hall, SoKno Tacos, South Coast Pizza, 71 South… We mostly avoid traffic since our kids live nearby. This is our second stay in this house while visiting our son and family and I always hope this place is available when we visit.

I brought my family of 5 with me to Knoxville on a work trip. My husband & our three girls had a blast. There is so much to do and explore all within 10-15 mins! Beth made sure we had everything & I mean everything! All we had to do was get our groceries for the week. It’s the little things like extra wash cloths, a coffee bar (my favorite part), cleaning supplies and sensitive laundry detergent that made this stay so amazing! Beds were super comfy and layout was perfect. Other than the mosquitoes eating us alive in the evenings (summertime downfall in the south) haha, we have absolutely no complaints!

Super cute and just as pictured. We got in late after our daughter's even and check-in was super easy. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. Having coffee waiting on us was definitely a much welcomed touch after a long day of tracking.

South Knoxville is fantastic! Just a few minutes from UT, downtown, and a ton of fun outdoor adventures. You will also find some of Knoxville's best restaurants and entertainment spots in SoKno. Rocky Top is a fantastic college town, and the Great Smoky Mountains are easily accessible from South Knoxville.
