With two bedrooms (Two Kings), two full bathrooms, resident access only and free on site parking steps from your front door this place is a no brainer! This is a short walk to the Old City, Market Square, and all downtown has to offer!

Great place and great location

This place is very comfortable with lots of little features that make it a great place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It is walkable to many great restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay , the place had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was clean and the beds were cozy . A larger couch or different seating in the living room is the only thing I would suggest. Thank you for a great place and a wonderful option in Old Town, we were in walking distance of our destination.

Amazing place and wonderful location!

We will definitely stay here again! The place was fully equipped with everything we needed. Within walking distance to many fun bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Also very close to campus so it was easy to visit our children who are students at UT. The host was very attentive and answered all the questions we had in a very timely manner. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for a Knoxville trip!

We loved the property and the location! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and so appreciated the gated parking. For those concerned about the train, it was not an issue. We did hear it in the distance but it never impeded our ability to sleep. We walked to all the major sites and it was only a 10 minute drive to Meads Quarry. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have stayed in dozens of Airbnb's over the years and always wanted to be a host! We've tried to think of all the amenities you'd need and we certainly hope you enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

I grew up in Knoxville and lived downtown for years! My wife and I love it there and spend as much time as possible in the area. The downtown area is continuing to grow so there are a plethora of restaurants, bars, concert venues, etc. to experience!

What makes this property unique

The downtown area of Knoxville is really expanding into the Old City area, which is where our place is located. It's within walking distance to the Old City, Market Square, and a 20-25 minute walk to the University of Tennessee campus including Neyland Stadium! We also have gated on site dedicated parking which is extremely hard to come by downtown!
