Townhome was great and a perfect place to celebrate a UTK graduation with family in town. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and there was ample parking to easily come and go. I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone!

This was our 2nd stay here this year & it was perfect. Super clean & had everything we needed. Being able to bring our dogs was a bonus. It is so clean that you wouldn’t know it’s dog friendly. Hope to stay here again!

Very nice home, very modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was convenient to local brewery and stores and a short drive to market square and UT campus. The host was responsive to inquiries and we enjoyed our stay. My only advice would be that they need to check inventory of kitchen and bathroom supplies before each stay. Apparel goods are enough and we were aware we would have to purchase additional paper goods if needed but for a 6 person stay for 5 days, we only had 2 adult sized forks, no chopping knives for cooking, and a total of 4 bath towels for 6 people.

Perfect condo close to UTK

This condo was so clean that I thought it was brand new. It’s across the river from UTK but just a 5 minute drive to campus. The main floor has the kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. There is a 3rd floor with a sectional couch, bar area, 1/2 bath, and access to an outside seating area. It’s pet friendly but you can’t tell. There are no stains or smells. Donna was super responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze with a combo lock on the back door. We will stay here again.
