The holiday flat is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the edge of the village. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Novi Vinodolski. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
