The converted attic, with a floor area of approximately 150 square meters, features a living room measuring over fifty square meters with a wood-burning stove, couches, armchairs, and access to a large west-facing balcony, as well as a nook with a sleeper sofa. Of course, the living room can be completely darkened so that you can sleep in even in the summer when using the comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen (equipped with a washer and dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee maker, and its own small pantry with a refrigerator) features an open layout with a central dining area. From here, you have access to two bathrooms with natural light, a single room, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom is located on the east side of the loft and is furnished with Indian furniture—the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea in between activities. The apartment is ideal for parents who want to spend the most precious time of the year with their children—who may already be adults—or for friends who want to spend time together in a luxurious setting. The apartment offers space to enjoy time together, but also enough room to have some privacy. This apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. We offer you a vacation experience with a difference. All apartments have their own balcony or terrace, TV, and internet access. The pool and ski storage room are shared facilities. The total amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than 31 days before arrival. If there are fewer than 30 days between booking and arrival, the total amount must be paid via Sofortüberweisung. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed). Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
