BEDROOMS

Each of the bedrooms are designed with guest comfort in mind. Luxurious linens with extra blankets and pillows are provided.

The four bedrooms and 2 full baths are located on the third floor. The home is symmetric with one large bedroom and one smaller bedroom on each side with two identical bathrooms in the middle. This floor plan makes it perfect for two families. The 2 larger bedrooms both have access to the third floor balcony, where you can catch those amazing sunrises over the lake.

BATHROOMS

The 2 identical full bathrooms are located on the third floor. Recently remodelled they are complete with a walk in shower and gorgeous vanity. Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels...even beach towels are provided for your days on the water. Enjoy your tunes while you shower because the fan/light has bluetooth. There is also a half bath located off the main living area.

KITCHEN+DINING

The open-concept main level of the home boasts so many windows and sliding glass doors, you feel like you are in a tree house. Plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners. The kitchen is outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The dining table seats 6, the kitchen bar seats 3, and the tiki bar has 4 additional seats...YES, there is a tiki bar! It is located on the opposite side from the kitchen, but still open to the living area. There you have a sink, second refrigerator, ice maker, and fun tiki glasses for making all of those elaborate cocktails.

LOUNGE SPACES

The main level is an open concept, but there are 2 seating areas for more intimate conversation. Both have views of the patio. There is also a 55" OLED Smart TV for everyone to watch the football game; or turn it off and gather around the wood burning fireplace during those rare chilly evenings.

The first level (which is actually the garage) has been turned into a game room. Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, darts, or a plastic axe game...there is something for everyone. Take a selfie in front of the fabulous mural, and tag us on the socials!

OUTSIDE SPACE

While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, Amanda XO also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. We invite you to enjoy the lake views from any of the three patios, or the starry nights in front of the fire pit.
