This charming third-floor studio is an ideal haven for any solo trip or exciting couple’s getaway to Miramar Beach.



With direct beach access and just a short walk to The Village of Baytowne Wharf, this convenient recreational mecca offers both adventure and relaxation. Enjoy a leisurely round of golf in serene surroundings or stroll by the waterfront, exploring upscale boutiques and eateries. Grab a friend for a surfing session or sunbathe in the sugary sands with your favorite book. Nearby you’ll also discover Miramar Beach, Topsail Preserve State Park, and The Track-Destin within a ten-mile radius offering incredible Gulf views and family-friendly entertainment.

Perfect little stay to sleep and play with young kids. It is located in the parking garage close to the dine and play area- Baytowne Wharf. We were gone most of the day exploring and just retreated back to sleep.

Relaxing

We did some shopping around Destin and then stayed the night. It was nice to park and walk around the property and then walk back. We really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing!

Overall, Baytown Wharf had everything you would need without having to leave the area. The room was fine, although a little dated in the bathroom area.

Mom and Daughter Getaway

Fun weekend to relax and unwind. We love staying in this area. The unit was just what we needed for two. The only downfall were the squeaky uncomfortable beds and the musty stale smell. It needs to be aired out badly.

Very Economical for Baytowne

If you’re looking for a low price this is it but don’t expect much. We needed a cheap stay this trip and it fit our budget. It is a bare bones condo. This is the size of a hotel room. No tables, no chairs, the TV is practically the size of a laptop. With that being said, who the heck sits in the room here. We were out enjoying Baytowne and Sandestin at a very cheap price and the location is perfect! This rental is for those that don’t plan on sitting in their room and worked fine for us. It’s a tight squeeze for 4.
