The house was overall fine. We paid for the golf cart which did not work the entire week and the pool was closed for construction and not communicated to us. When I reached out to Avari they were absolutely horrible to work with. VRBO customer service was amazing. I was hung up on by Avari several times. No one would give me straight answers about anything. Finally on day 2 Avari did offer to move us to a different location but that was only after VRBO reached out to them on my behalf because I had already spent hours on the phone with them. Again, VRBO was amazing but I would avoid renting anything from Avari!
