Relax in the comfortably furnished living room cooled by central air conditioning, or take in fresh air on the private patio. Each bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom for extra privacy. At the end of the day, gather around in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops. You'll have lots of space and amenities to enjoy during your stay in this condo. Great location and convenient to the beach. As it is almost impossible to time your arrival at exactly check-in, whether you are driving or flying in, I think there should some how be a procedure to allow you to leave your car in the parking lot and go and grab some lunch or hang out at the beach until official check in access to the condo. Parking is very hard to find on the street. We arrived around 1pm and I messaged property company and they said we risked getting towed if we left our car before the 4 pm check in. Thought I might be able to provide make/model and license plate for our car and they would give us grace to park for a couple of hours.

Perfect location! Ground floor with easy access to walk path to beach. The beach access does have many stairs, so be ready to work those calves and glutes. Each bedroom has king bed and private bath which was wonderful. One bath was large enough for the pack and play so baby could sleep without distraction. We will be back.

Convenient and clean!

My husband and I brought our daughter and 4 friends for spring break. Everything about this condo was perfect for the group! The place was super clean and had everything you needed and more! Each bedroom having a bathroom was awesome! The pictures of the patio don’t really do it justice. While you don’t have a direct view of the ocean- it’s only a short walk across the street. We rented a golf cart for the week and had a blast. We will definitely stay here again. The living room area is super cozy and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that while construction didn’t bother us I would let guests know that there isn’t a direct path from the car to the condo and they will have to walk in up through the bushes.for us it was fine we are between 18-44 and healthy but if a disabled or elderly person was to stay there before construction is done then it would be difficult for them. Other than that small thing that wasn’t even an issue for us- it was perfect!
